I am new in my position as second head on the scrappers of the universe. But before I ask you formerly, Governor, about a certain planet id like to open up first impressions to be upfront and honest.
Most of my family are Irish, I have bailed out more cousins, half brothers, and ruffians across dublin and new london then I can remember. Our sainted matriarch rest her soul was an cast iron wit common to the old folk on Arranmore. Was rumored she had Drakes pair on a gold necklace somewhere in her knitting drawer.
Most of my kin though fallen have to Sairs and Cardamine addiction both are just a backdrop, a reality, to what life in space, especially Dublin space poses for generations of Molly's and kin alike. The future is a precious thing and I respect your decisions have done the best for that future. So Enough bawling about how much I understand and boo hooin about drunks and spoiled youths.
All that was so that you knew when im asking to uproot Mollys from their home its for a reason I think we can invest in. A future and a good one.
In the Inverness System there is a planet (Forres) that is mostly water. Of course there is a small settlement of Mollys there already, we need them moved temporarily while we put in motion a massive terra-forming effort to increase the yield of the population and land masses.
Refugees are the primary reason for this effort, I can make the full details available to you at a more convenient time.
Thank you for your time.

'Ello there... "JJM". Or whatever your name is. Usually it is polite t' actually include your name in comms t' people, especially ta Molly Governor.
Regardless, I have reviewed your request. While I would hate t' have our people uprooted, I understand that a process like that demands such. I have gone ahead an' ensured that Mull Base in ta Newcastle system has made room, as well as our Belfast facility.
Please let me know what further details you need in order t' ensure that this goes as smoothly as possible. I also expect that you will be providing those families with relocation funds as well, correct?
Eh? Lass ets right dere in the top.. subject..thing.
Aw I shoulda introduced myself proper anyway. Im sorry my little speech ran long but at my current age (-dont let the pretty face fool ya-) Im roughly 90% hot air.
I can personally deliver them anything they need, hell Ill fly em shiny and red carpet in me liner for all the free gambling an booze iffin they want.
Beyond that if there are considerations for the little ones education, relocation, their parents work/trade let us know the entire list. Hit us with an invoice.
Can call me Jim. Or you can just call me.

Apologies for ta previous message. My eyes apparently need t' be checked, as I can clearly see it now. Sorry for that.
As for your request for an invoice, before we calculate any type of price for relocating those families, a timeframe would be nice. How long you estimate ta process taking. Are we talking a year or two, a decade, what? Based on that information, I can discuss with ta families themselves an' see what they have t' say. If they would like t' be temporarily moved off-planet, or if they want t' be permanently relocated.
The scope of the project is shorter then we thought but longer then we hoped. Since the planet is inhabitable as it is fiddling with the climate is going to cause some crazy amounts of climate change within the next few years.
While there will be a fortified and land and space based station set down for the process the stability of living there will fluctuate.
There will be a possibility for families to return within the shelter when terraforming is in process is there.. its just I don't think most would enjoy cyclones and hyper electrical storms every few years. Sure many jobs will be created/available but... Im getting the feeling that this will appeal only to a few settlers.
I think offering a certificate of homestead to the families for their children and grandchildren will be the first thing To offer. They'll have land when this is done but currently its under a mile of water were trying to remove.
So in summary, they can move to the tarraforming archology or domes, but that wont be much different then life in space.
So I hope that isnt too much of a shock... Let me know how well this all goes over.

A less than ideal situation for our people, t' be frank. But, needed for your project.
What I would ask, is that those families who wish t' live aboard your temporary terraforming arcology or domes be granted suitable areas. Those who do not, be given relocation funds in recompense. As mentioned previously, we have had areas within Mull an' Belfast be converted into residential sections.
Now, having spoken with ta families, we have quite a few who wish t' be relocated t' our stations. Having calculated ta costs, we feel that ta sum of 50mil should cover relocation costs as well as cost of living. Once ta process of terraforming Forres has been completed, I expect adequate homes an' property will be granted.
Ta account for ta relocation fund should be wired t' [M]-Bank1. Once this fund has been wired, please let us know, an' we will begin ta relocation process.
Ever tried to return a yatcht to the dealer? Lets hope I dont have a warrant. I stopped in Saw some Kin and put the code right on into the Account ye wanted. Should see it from the .:j:.Copa.Cabanna.
I apologise I think I left the receipt in my nephew Rikkeys couch.... ere i passed out last night... gettin too old.
