The ones I am saying do not involve a POB. ( But can include POB, as there are bases around near fields, but you will be needing permission to dock )
1 - Take Aluminium ore from Munich (mined) to New London, bring back Gold Ore to New Berlin.
2 - Take Silver Ore from O-7 to New Tokyo, bring back He-3/Platinum ore from Okinawa/Nagano to O-3/New Berlin.
3 - Take Platinum Ore from Alberta to New London, bring back Gold ore to New York.
4 - Take Niobium Ore from T-23 to New Berlin, bring back Silver Ore from O-7 to New Tokyo.
5 - Take He-3 from Okinawa to New London, bring back Gold ore to New Tokyo.
Can use any of the route.
There are many ... but hope this helps ...
Ore routes depend on avilability of Miners or Ore avilability in PoBs which in turn requires you to get docking access in many of them.
So download Freelancer Companion and make your own trade routes out of normal available commodities in the NPC bases. This helps you quite a lot when there are no miners around.

Basically, you choose the place in the companion where you want to start, say for example Planet New London. You click on Starting point & choose it. Once you pick it, you will see a list of commodities below, showing you the price and the routes to different areas. It will be sorted according to "Profit/Time" .. So, you can find the most profitable routes with less amount of time taken.
There really needs to be a sticky for threads like this. One that explains good starting trade routes at the least. These threads pop up at least once a week.
Yes, people should figure it out themselves ('cause "Discovery") but pfft.
