Anyhow back to the idea with Fighters, dude no way, this is good enough, that fighters can be repaired on Capital ships is fair enough because the time you spend for allowing dock for a fighter while fighting another Capital Ship is not worth so sometimes Snubs can't even dock because Capital Ships are too busy fighting.
About the fairness, yes it is FAIR damn it he didn't waste his 300 Cargo hold for docking module for nothing right?
About its beeing realistic, check out todays Formula One cars, when he goes for a Box Stop, how quick they repair the dmg thats beeing done, let alone that the fighters beeing repaired there makes it even more worth using Docking Module. Be happy that Capital Ships can't sell Nanobots or shields cause THAT would be Unfair for sure, but currently all they can do is dock and repair but they can't buy any regen so its fair.

I'm not able to drop nanos, but able to trade them. I'm able to drop shield batteries though. So the ideas presented aren't really affected by that.

I have this impression because you don't seem to understand my idea at all, are making weird comparisons that are really not comparable, and are swearing like a sailor.
What I proposed was that the nanobot capacity of cap ship is reduced to 30 (instead of around 800 like they have now), so they cant bring 800 nanos into a fight and keep passing them to fighters. I propose that to repair themselves (and other ships), cap ships could bring a repair ship docked on a docking module, and in teamwork a player could switch to the docked repair ship, pass the cap ship nanos in several transfers, dock again, and switch to his fighter/bomber again. This would make instaneous heals in battles impossible for cap ships, but still allow for "excursion fleets" that can repair outside of combat, over time. Also note that I proposed to make repair ships extremely vulnerable (no shield, no thruster, weak hull) so that they cant operate during battles.
Or is it me that badly presented it in the first post? Is it not understandable?

So let me get this straight. You want fighters that can still rebuild their entire hull mass several times over, but you want caps to repair with multiple bot transfers of 30 bots at a time?
30 bots at a time, for a shipclass that generally uses more than a few thousand for a full repair?
I'd sooner see a system where snubs have no bots, and need to dock on caps to repair in space.

Well, I didn't say I wanted fighters that can do that, I just wanted to address the cap-to-fighter bot transfer issue specifically here. If you are interested to know what I want in general, I also wouldn't mind if fighter bot capacity was also reduced for several reasons, but that's another issue. I would actually like nanobots capacity of all ships be reduced, including transports, which would also make piracy easier (which would be nice, imho). And maybe make shield batteries come straight from the cargo hold instead of a dedicated capacity, although I don't know if that's possible. Since its already impossible to trade bots while cloaked, and made impossible to drop nanos, I'm assuming that soon bot trading will be made impossible by devs anyway, which I personally would salute.
For the cap issue...
I gotta admit I don't know if more than a 1000 nanos are needed to repair the entire hull one time. Is it really one time or several times?
Either way, the number of transfers needed can be solved by raising nano capacity slightly, like 60 would already halve the number or transfers needed. But it still should be a number that would get any attempt to repair another ship during combat get the repair ship killed.
I guess in a nutshell what I really want is: Reduce all nanbot capacities by half (or even 1/4), and make repair ship extremely vulnerable and dockable on carriers.
