What you are asking for requires effort. As you know, the Admins are a lazy, good for nothing sort of folk, who are not inclined to work unless there is no choice. We will deliberate on this, and get back to you with our decision. If we don't respond within a year, feel free to poke us again. We will have undoubtedly forgotten again.
Seriously, we will get back to you about it as soon as we can.
I think it might be a bit of help if there was a thread asking for the names of the ships the cloak needs to be swapped on (the name of the ship can be changed temporarely if your cloak ship is so secret). This way Admins would not have to look up the cloaked transports themselves. But I suppose this would be the method anyway.

What about we shut up and stop complaining about the money and time we payed to obtain
those cloaks ? and then live with it and delete our useless cloaks and just ignore the
fact that we had no warning or compensation at all ?
we just let it go , is that helping? ... im confused!

I'm sure there are plenty of cap-players who'd like to buy them for 450 M :-)
Yeah, I agree that would be the way to go, if we choose to make the adjustment. I'm still at work and can't give it the attention it requires. Please be patient. There are a hundred different things on our todo list. We will probably have an answer for you in 8 days from now, at the latest.

Holy crap.
You people need to chill. What Alley's said a couple times now (I think) is that this is not final. Even considering SRPing a better cloak because the current version doesn't appeal to you when these cloaks could change a great deal overnight doesn't make sense to me.

I'm sorry Alley, but I feel like I've been worrying about this for months. I've made 5 posts on threads regarding cloaks over the last 2 days, I'm not spamming. Its also hard to shake the feeling that saying nothing won't help either.

Calm your tits.
As you can see people have already scrambled to compensate for the changes, not knowing how set in stone, or how flexible things are going to be. The SRP option was to suggest an alternative that might keep people calm in the meantime. Please remember most of us players don't know what's going on behind the curtains, and we start dealing with changes right away.
I'm not trying to stress the devs, but I am hoping heads are turned and personal feeling can be set aside to show consideration for, what I believe, are very relevant points on the matter. If I have perceived things incorrectly, no one will be happier to be proven wrong than me. I haven't made any changes to my stuff, I shall indeed be patient and take a few days to wait and see.
To all you players with disgusting approach towards Alley, she puts up more time making sure your game stays fun than you all spend making these cloaks /making the money to buy them.
Seriously? If I were her I'd just cast it aside, seeing how a large portion of you react.
Calm down and wait until this issue like many others that exist will be addressed, the dev team nowadays is significantly smaller (though working harder) and they try to make things fixed, so ye like Haste said - 'Calm your tits'
