I do hope I have gotten that correct. I can't claim to know lots about your people, but that is one of the reasons I have decided to contact you.
I recently acquired a "civilian carrier", second hand, from a gentleman at Freeport 6, and on a short shakedown cruise ended up at Shasta Orbital Skyhook in Baffin. Upon my arrival, I had asked around a little, and learnt a little of your installation, know better as "Pueblo Bonito". I was advised not to dock there, as it is... I believe 'sacred' was the word they used. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Now, I'd like to inquire into the possibility of mooring there, and being allowed to do some exploring. We here at the Solar Runners are explorers.. and I can't tell you what an adventure it would be to explore the corridors of an installation that is largely closed to the public. Who knows, perhaps I'll even learn something in my time there.
I hope you may approve the request of a fool, and that this may be the beginning to a long standing friendship.
Yours,
Councilman Joseph Wolf Secretary of Fleets & Diplomatic Affairs
Solar Runner Council

It is a pleasure to hear from our cousins, the Runners. Equipment for those new carriers? I dont see a problem with permission being granted. We have had no trouble with the Runners, so you're welcome to dock.
As for exploring, well that has a few caveats. Anything with Guards on the door is a no-go. anything else, you are welcome to have a look, do some learning and see a bit more about us Discordians.
