Senor Olmos,
I'm contacting you to inform you that the Junkers have been briefed and they are ready to help us out. We currently have 3 of them. This should be enough to complete the necessary roles, radio communication and unloading.

I have been handed with no less than 18 different assignments that I either need to accomplish myself, or pass down to a subordinate. I've got a war to plan, ship schematics to forward through to the Council, a fleet to coordinate, shipments to oversee, and a pair of shipyards working around the clock to pump out the Cross warfleet.
I've been tasked to capacity. So you'll have to pardon my incessant delays when it comes to our little chat.
It's good though that you've managed to arrange the proper assistance for the job, hopefully we can actually move forward now with this and get it underway.

Senor Olmos,
Don't worry. We've all been very busy recently. We would like to start shipping the goods. Currently, the ship is being loaded with the infected goods as we speak but we need the go ahead from you to launch. This ship is scheduled to meet the Courbet in 4 days time so we must make haste.

Get at it then. Time is at a premium in this situation.

Yes I realize the irony of the situation. Ju-just get everything moving and lets just get it over with.
