It has been quite long since the Republic has had any dealings with you, which to be fair... is unfortunate. Still, the matter at hand is one of dire importance.
As you may be aware, the Crayter Republic has been endeavoring to colonise the planet we call Yuma. For that to be achieved entirely, however, there are some issues that we cannot battle alone. That, dear representatives of Cryer, is where your knowledge and skills may prove more than advantageous to us.
It is, perhaps, common knowledge that we came with a similar proposal in the past... however those past transmissions seemed to have been either malfunctioning or tampered with, since the research teams that were supposedly dispatched on your end never arrived. We can only hope no misfortune befell them.
Thus, we come again with the same request: aid in the research process over the flora of planet Yuma. Considering the plant-life's invasive and resilient nature, we wish to study any possible pathogens that may endanger our citizens, as well as find a toxin that may limit the flora's growth without damaging effects to human habitation.
Whether you wish to retain the terms on which Minister Steele and Director Clarke agreed to or review the situation and settle for a different arrangement, that is up to you. I will eagerly await your reply.

Greetings
The Cryer Corporation salutes the Crayter Republic. Miss Feathers, your question comes at a time where the Cryer is no longer what it used to be. We have split up into different, smaller groups, but we do still serve the same purpose and work hand in hand where it's required.
My associates and I have extensive background in the fields of herbal bio-chemistry, thus, we may be able to help you in this endeavor. However, until i do not speak with my fellow scientists, a definitive answer cannot be given. Still, i do believe that since the matter was discussed before and an agreement was made, we can cooperate now as well.
As an additional note, the operation you have in mind can be tricky and we will require some untampered samples of the flora of planet Yuma. I hope this won't be an issue.
With kind regards,
Lucan Ducane
Cryer Pharmaceuticals
I see. It is... rather unfortunate to hear this about Cryer, especially since I know well enough how hard it can be to work in the various fields of science without enough assistance.
On the subject of samples - which you are asking for - let me elaborate a bit. You see, as I have outlined before, the flora on Yuma is quite invasive. In fact, from what we could deduce so far, the structure of almost all plants contains certain enzymes that enhance the organisms' reproduction. To put it in cordial terms, they grow VERY fast and in pretty much any circumstances. Extraction in small-to-moderate quantities is rather easy; however, if we were to attempt transportation on long distances, we would need to place the samples in a proper environment to keep them "fresh". That, unfortunately, cannot happen... since any environment we place them in will simply allow them to grow sooner or later, leading to breaches of containment. Moreover, the resilient nature of the flora allows it to withstand both extremely high and low temperatures, thus prolonged cryogenic transportation is also out of the question.
I'm afraid the only way for you to study any samples will be to send a team here, on Yuma, where you can work in cooperation with my team and I.
Alas - until then, I'm waiting for you and your associates to convene and present your terms.

Greetings
*The man appears before the camera, but before saying a word he takes a sip from his tea and then with joy on his face he talks gently with care of chosen words*
I see that the Crayter Republic is in dire need of help and from what I could gather myself from the lack of information message which you send us and on a side note we know what we are talking about and the usage of scientific words can be trivial to us so putting it cordially kinda hurt us. But no matter what you have done good or bad you are in need of serious help.
Now this plant can be parasitic, which means we need to use a different array of poisons to see which one affects before the plant enzymes get used to the poison and make it into industrial quantities. But as well there is a second chance that the plants are connected and they create a bond, on a physical level, which means that if we find the heart we can poison it and then the whole flora will never grow again, but I do imagine you need it to create breathable air, to be frank.
Do not fear tho as we will be gathering a team of different scientists that will voluntarily come to your home planet and do some testing on your plant and see from here.
Expect an incoming Cryer logistic vessel within the week. However, we are not sure how long our stay will be as we come in blindfolded and knowledgeless of what the planetary conditions are what does the soil of your planet has, talking here about the mineral riches and whatnot.
However, there is a second issue that can be well primary for both the Cryer and the Crayter Republic which is money. The Cryer stays low on funds and as well the I imagine that the Crayter Republic is gonna give us the some well monetary reward if we manage to fulfil the task at hand, tho this is not our primary task as we seek only to help those which need us. We will be sure to send on this frequency the ship identification as to when it will arrive at the border of Crayterian Space.
It appears that your last transmission encountered some distortions along its path, as some fragments seem to be ... a bit off.
Still, I will try to address all the points you outlined accordingly.
First of all, I apologise if you felt offended by my phrasing, yet I assumed a fellow scientist would appreciate the environment of this discussion better. There is no need to fully explain any research data through the neural net, since we hope we will be working on it together, in a proper laboratory.
Secondly, do not be mislead; we have already done extensive research on the flora we're speaking of, so you will not be starting your work "blindfolded", as you put it. I could waste a few hours of your time, right here, with details on what we have so far... but as mentioned above, there's no need for that.
Thirdly, yes, we anticipated that your corporation would ask for some kind of remuneration. Of course, whether that payment is represented by money or a different "element", it remains to be decided. Either way, rest assured that your help will be rewarded.
Last but not least, allow me to thank you for the promptness in action that we see, once again, from Cryer. We'll be sure to have a military squadron ready in Cortez to escort your vessel to Yuma. It would, however, be better if you left us a full list of the personnel you are sending (pilot included), so as we can make sure previous events do not repeat themselves.
If there's anything else... please let us know. If not, then i eagerly await the arrival of your team.

INCOMING TRANSMISSION

TARGET: Amanda Feathers of Crayter Republic.
SUBJECT: Equipment and matherials shipments.
Greetings, miss Feathers. My name is Caroline Johnson and i am #42 Cryer Pharmaceuticals team overseer. Not so long ago me and my men got our personnel and equipment movement orders. I was told that we will be performing some kind of planetary landing and medium scale colonization attempt in harsh environment. Now, i am clearly not one of those Planetform Inc. experts. Nevertheless, i believe i will be one of the Site Directors. Or, technically speaking, i will be leading one of the teams operating planetside.
We were informed that we are to contact the Minister of Science and Technology of Crayter Republic with any questions arising. I believe that You are one. As such, You will be the one dealing with results of our future research, and we will most probably need Your sign on anything related, shipments included.
That being said, i am here to inform you on the fact of our existance, if you are not aware of it yet - and to check the situation. Honestly, the list of potential difficulties and demands #42 provided me with is quite amazing. My guys may be in need of anything and everything, from coffee to heavy planetary tanks, hovercrafts, biodome equipment and means of emergency evacuation. There are even weirdos asking to provide them with Class D expendable personnel used to handle extremely hazardous anomalies and events.
Obviously, i am not planning to read it all aloud here. But #42 still needs to get an adequate response, so we are asking how rich and generous Crayter Republic is. Precisely, I want the involved sides to come up with agreements on how the necessary stuff will be requested and moved.
Please consider it while we are packing our toys - and let us know.
I'm intrigued to see that I've changed my interlocutor. Still, I assume we will be working together if you're the overseer of the team who'll be coming to Yuma, so getting a chance to discuss now is rather pleasant.
First of all, allow me to assure you that most of the equipment, utilities and gadgetry you listed earlier is already present in our laboratories. Still, if a full list of the needed resources is provided, we'll make sure to have them ready, as long as it's no illegal commodity of course. Any shipping included will be fully covered by the Crayter Movers, so your corporation does not need to worry about such things.
Before I proceed though, i do not wish you to be mislead. The purpose of our cooperation and thus, the work your team will be involved in, is merely conducting research. Rest assured that you do not have to engage in a mass colonisation effort, since that has already been taken care of by our own industries.
Back to the matter at hand, yes - it would be best if both sides came to a proper agreement. That being said, we expect to receive a list of the personnel in your team and a list of required resources, so as to be able to proceed further with haste. With regard to any payment that your corporation will be requesting, I'd think it would be wise to wait until the completion of this project before that is decided.
I'll be waiting for those lists, while i also hope your shuttle will be on its way. I look forward to working with you all.

Shipments, equipment, gadgetry, research. Even some payment, when we were not even informed of it. Those are great news, miss Feathers. Exactly the type i wanted to hear. You've made a glorious contribution to science. Now you may as well have a little rest while I work on it.
Writing precise lists of personnel, necessary resources and equipment on paper is a waste of time at this point. Instead, You will be linked to related Cryer databanks, where You will be able to find all the data You want to see. Rosters with updates, employees status, whatsoever. Later, when we unpack our tools, you will be provided with research matherials, event logs and more.
I will now bid a good day to our hauling teams, if you excuse me. Today's Cryer networks Security Code is: 5,33,41,18.
