Respected directors of the Cryer Pharmaceuticals Company,
There is a Corsair battleship moored with your station in the Cambridge System. I think that it would be the best for both of our parties if you took care of the issue. Please inform me when you have it handled.

Dear Admiral Hall,
As the Cryer executives are not currently reachable, your transmission was redirected to me.
Unfortunately the Cambridge Research Station's docking and mooring modules are slightly out of date and we have nobody aboard to fix them. The encryption on docking permissions might have been compromised. We will have our personnel update it as soon as possible.
Please excuse the inconvenience, and we apologise for the mess caused.
Yours sincerely, Milton Fitzgerald Birch

Esteemed Mister Birch,
Thank your for your wish to cooperate. Meanwhile, we will be keeping ships stationed in the area for as long as you need to fix the issue. Please be quick. If there is any way we can help, you are free to ask.
