I owe my life to the man called Jared Nomak, which advised me to seek help on Planet Malta. My settlement on the surface has been rejected and for now I live on one of the bases in Omicron 80. However, given I have seen Planet Malta for few times for now, up from above - I would like to apply for... proper citizenship, if there is any. I am not a mere "sellsword", but I am truly interested into establishing myself onto Planet Malta - which I will defend for the price of my life, if there would be any need.

Nomak continues to surprise me.
Few outsiders of your stature make it as close as to bask in Alpha's warming rays, much less even see Ishmael. It is only by carrying the signifiers of one of Malta's trusted that we're allowing you even this much.
In order to "establish" yourself, I'm going to need to see evidence of your good intentions towards The Nación. Starting with your vessel, identification, and purpose within Malta's borders. Following that, if you can prove your usefulness to Malta's people, we'll see about possibly permitting further allowances.
Tread carefully, the spotlight's firmly pointed at you. Any wrong moves would be unfortunate.

I... have forgotten my place a bit, for what I beg a pardon, my mistake.
As for my purpose, I would never mean any harm to the Nacion, given I am thankful to its hospility, even I have yet to return it by earning trust and acceptance. I am sending the proper identification and relations with the Nacion. As you can see, I mean no harm. Given the chance, I will do the best for Nacion's prosperity.
Of course, for understanable reasons, I will stay to my current transponder. I would make better use as someone insignificant outside Maltese space, rather than openly showing my allegiance. Unless, you see a way different use for me of course, Mistress.

You would do well to acquaint yourself with the Maltese Laws during your... "stay" in our territory. Cause no trouble-- find some work and make yourself useful before someone finds a reason to fling you out an airlock over the border.
Oh-- and if you're looking to make friends, take care to spell their name properly in the missive's recipient listing.

My mistake, Mistress. I will make sure it will not happen again, when it comes to the proper naming. I must bid forgiveness, since there is no excuse for such an oversight made by me.

Honors, Mistress Espinosa.
I would like to inform you, and to push up an urgent objection, as element known as 101st hired thugs from Auxesia Group in order to assassinate me because I am Jared Nomak's... sort of student. I am not sure how to react against Maltese Exiles as well, as both groups seem to be quite against Spirits, at least for me - but they are Outcasts, so my hands are tied. I do not know what to do.

Inquisitor Espinosa is on assignment for the time being. As such, I've been asked to assure you that the situation is being handled and should soon be resolved. Take heed to avoid the individuals mentioned before and to remain within close proximity to a nearby station ready to receive you until such a time as a resolution has been put into place.
