As an OSC member, i must say that currently (as stated by croft) the passenger routes are a major issue for running a RP liner. The current routes are so disjointed and nonsensical. You take a load of passengers somewhere than there is either a tiny route or a dead end, so to keep the liner within RP you have to move to another location with no one aboard, which is rather boring. A change to the current routes is needed to improve the flow of passenger routes and help improve RP potential.
Denver to Hawaii removed
Hawaii to Hamburg removed
Baden to Curacao removed
Curacao to Denver removed
Grand Vista connected to Hamburg instead of Denver
Shetland connected to Denver instead of Grand Vista.
I personally would like to travel between planets mostly. I like this whole "normal passengers" thing. I never went to the liners much.
This is very much personal taste and thus it is not a suggestion but rather a question: Will that be possible too? I don't see many possibilities for that right now.
It might be possible and something I'm actually working on currently, the biggest issue is connecting the planets directly while still keeping a decent profit margin. I'll do some more rough planning and get back to you.
Just a small question here. Junkers are no longer able to buy passengers for their Pilgrims due to being hacked,
was wondering if that's your OSC| doing Croft or another cause you may know of?

You aren't friendly enough to OSC to buy passengers, pick up a bribe, and I believe that ID commodity restrictions are the domain of Dev's
No offence to OS&C by saying this, but as far as I know the faction isn't official and doesn't actually have say over stuff like this currently beyond suggestions.
@Skorak A quick go on the old etch an' sketch has led me to three options in regards to connecting planets.
1) Make planets higher priced copies of the closest passenger commodity e.g. New London would have slightly more expensive Passengers. A bit boring but far easier to plan and understand.
2) Be more creative and alternate the commodities based on their destination e.g. VIP's might be placed on New London to connect to New Berlin. The downside is the complexity.
3) Leave it as is. Vacationers everywhere, all heading to the Liners. Extremely dull but absolutely no work required.
Sorry NOVA-5 that's something you need to take up with the devs as Nemo stated, our faction had no say in the rephacks, though if I was a gambling man I bet it was done so Junkers didn't have a hand in everything.
@Impyness , yes thats why its an idea and why I'm looking for input so it can be a benefit to everyone when it becomes a request, being an official faction has no bearing upon it, the move of the Mackinac however, does.
