I have reread the OP once again and idea is fine. There's however but one problem: it is very open for abuse because what makes one player make a deal with other player, who would log five ships and get killed - then have 50% of shares?

there's not really much to test atm it all works (except saving to cfg), all I need to add is some restrictions on how often one can set a bounty, how much the bounty can be worth ( min amount of credits) and how many times one bounty can be collected etc. Also need to check if a player already has a bounty on them and a few other things too.
