Lane hackers, however, can use a heavy bomber at 90% as the Waran, where the nerf is less noticeable. Give it a befitting buff, but leave it as a light bomber.
EDIT: Alternatively, you can go on with the suggestion I did back in LR- times and make all Zline ships with the exception of the Gunboat and Cruiser as generic pirate ships.
Its a borderworld bomber just like the Cutlass.
Also, don't forget to check the Havoc II which is worse than the Broadsword.

Havoc is horrible, are you kidding? It looks nice, but it's an easy target, really slow, and poor core. It has 90% on FL ID (:
