i have the answer i was looking for anyhow, i can take my battleship there without braking the rules, if im shot at by the core or order so be it as i will defend myself at all cost, however i am there for 2 reasons only, to fight NPC BATTLESHIPS!! and collect nomad remains, if any1 at all can tell me where else i can fight a NPC BATTLESHIP within my ZoI please do so and i will go there asap, and collect the nomad remains in my MND char instead, if i can...... and i said BATTLESHIP not cruisers so dont say take local mission because there are no battleships in them at all, trust me i have been looking for them since i first got the battleship,

Don't.
Yes, it's true that it's not against the rules in general to leave your ZOI. However, capital ships, especially battleships, especially house military battleships, really should not.
You'll very easily get into a situation in which you'll be attacked by locals, and it may well look like you were baiting an attack to abuse the self-defense privilege. That absolutely is against the rules.
Doing what you're describing is pretty much guaranteed to get you sanctioned sooner or later.
If you want to hunt nomad NPCs, use an Order, Core, Corsair or Zoner battleship.

if the core where on i would have asked permission to enter there space for the purpose of hunting nomad battleships, if they declined i would have accepted, as for the order...well there already hostile towards RM and as far as i know all houses so im not worried about them what so ever, i may yet ask the core for cloaks and in return offer them the remains we collect plus well whatever there price is, but i still want to fight NPC battleships, witch as iv pointed out are nomad's, besides house fleets i have seen no other NPC battleships in game anywhere.
You can fight as many NPC battleships as you like on a Redemption in Dundee or Newcastle (anti-GRN missions), as well as a BAF BS. You can do the same with a Valor in Leeds or Magellan.
I think that anti-Hessian/Corsair missions in Rheinland do spawn battleships, or at least they should if they are the harder ones (4+ mils), but there might be a bug.

ok i see where your coming from, i dont want to be sanctioned or to abuse the self defense rights,
as for getting another battleship, well i dont really wont to i like the rheinland battleship and i want to fight NPC battleships in it and the only NPC i have seen that isnt house military is nomads, so there it is, to fight a NPC battleship in my rhienland battleship i need to be where i was going, i will officially contact the core tomorrow and ask there permission to do so at a cost-or not- of there choice, if they decline my request well then i guess my hopes for that are gone, and i will likely sell my BS and join a faction against a house so i can fight NPC battleships that way without risk of getting in trouble for rule braking.

there are no local missions against battleships only cruisers, and there far to easy, even the highest paying i have seen of 5.9M are far to easy for a battleship and 1 support ship, even alone there not that hard,
And FYI im not official RM faction nor do i see more then 1 on in a two day period so taking orders from them is not going to happen, unless they are there during a battle against hessians or corsairs, for no other reason at all will i take orders from a faction that is never on or there when they are needed, and also to reply to another part witch i didnt quote, if RHA or corsairs show up while MY battleship is not in rhienland i do have a battle cruiser there at all times as do our other un official clan members, plus fighters and bombers, so i think even without MY battleship there we have things in control as best we can for such a small clan with no official backing from the RM
You wat mate, when I tell you to move your ass out of my way, you better follow my orders. I'm your god damn Admiral... also, you better check your words a second time, or do you really want to get some problems with me?
You better choose the right decision before I hunt you across Rheinland.

no they dont spawn battships only cruisers and gunboats, and i want to fight in the rheinland battleship not in the br battleship i dont like them,

i have tried there and so far nothing more then a 2 mil mission, however if you have or know of it spawning battleship missions and not just hessian cruisers like all the rest then i will deff take my battleship back there and try try try again, thanks for the tip and i really hope there are some battleship missions there,
