She listened to everything Josephine had to say, and sadly, she agreed with every word of it. Siren was after all, meant to do as the LSF wanted her to, though she knew they were unable to do so any longer thanks to a certain party previously involved. "I... I understand, Miss... but I don't think I'll be an outside party control risk. I had a bit of... well.... I guess you could call it an intervention of sorts nearly a year ago. I... I'm sure some of the memories are false of how it all went down though.. given who helped me, though... the Lane Hackers are the only reason I'm capable of thinking I am human and accepting it."
Chuckling weakly, Siren adjusts her medical gown with nervous hands. "They removed any mental triggers that were left over from the LSF's programming and... they promised me nothing would allow them to control me any longer." She looks up from Josephine to Rei, then to the reflective window she knew someone high on the food chain must be standing behind. "Of course, I will do everything that is required of me in order to fulfill my duty to the order... so... please..." she looks back to Josephine now with a weak smile. "Proceed as you need to."
The doctor listens carefully and her gentle smile returns. "All I need to do right now is to see if you can endure to stay with The Order or if you are a threat to our forces. So you already were helped by the Lane Hackers.... If I remember right they are some kind of allies for us, do you recall anything they found out that might be of interest for our High Command? Or maybe even for yourself."
Suddenly the cat on the table starts to meow as if something was the case and Josephine rolls her eyes. "Could you please turn quiet again? I heard you before you started to insult me..." With a smirk she bats one eyelid and whispers to Siren. "But I ignored her..." Which is replied by the cat with a dangerous sounding growl. "Peace Bastet, I appreciate that you informed me that the results are here now. You will get a bigger night cap today." As Josephine talks she raises ans picks up the cat to snuggle it on her arms. Slowly she walks around the table and throws a look at the send results, moving the scans to a screen so that Siren and Rei can see it too.
"So what do we have here. Your blades seem to have a rather save position in your arms, sadly how the process of sliding them in and out works can't be seen but I already guessed that. Besides that there is your implant with the interface and the nanites in your blood. Hmm... there are some irregularities with your hormons. They don't seem to match to a woman your age. It can be because of the nanoroboters within your bloodstream but there can also be a diffrent explanation for that. It won't interfere with you or your well-being... but it might have an origin which can cause mental struggles for you. Well unless you know which origin it has."

Thinking for a moment while staring at the floor, Siren mulls over the data she was given after waking up with the BDM. Shed been put in a sort of stasis after her time with the Hackers and only woke after they had delivered her to the BDM's clutches. Willing as she was for this, it ended up being a fruitless en-devour given the peace treaty between Rheinland and Liberty soon after her arrival. "I know they told me there were neuro stimulants secured in small capsules around my terminal and spine. They are what give me a temporary adrenaline boost when I'm injured so I can endure and keep on fighting. They also found that any attempt to forcefully breach my terminals shell to bypass connecting to it direct, results in the nanites fighting back and sealing the damage... so I guess they work to repair my tech as well."
"I..." She went quiet as Josephine started speaking with the cat and couldn't help but chuckle quietly at their exchange. Siren hadn't exactly been around many animals in her life time... or what she remembered of it at least. "She's cute. I take it you have a sort of mental link with her or something?" she asked before the doctor started showing the scans results.
"Yeah, I don't really know how they work either, I just know I can easily extend and retract them with a single thought." Siren raised an eyebrow at the hormone comment, her cheeks turning a light shade of Pink. "That.... that's due to a bit of an alteration the LSF did to my... womanhood. I... can't have children. I remembered after the Hackers finished with me... certain memories from before I was... before I was Siren. There was an LSF officer who told me my ability to bear children would have to be removed. Can't have long term operatives in the field who would surely become intimate with their targets to get the job done have small surprises appear nine month later..." Siren now showed clear signs of emotion... both sorrow and anger at what had been done to her.
"I don't know why she wanted to go through this... to... to become me." The poor woman couldn't bring herself to look at anyone now, keeping her head low, hands clenching the side of the table as tears started to roll down her cheeks. She hadn't ever actually cried over this before.... and she knew not why she was at this point, in front of so many strangers.
"This cat is the living example that small children and animals shouldn't be in research laboratories. My mentor and I were trying out some idea on how to increase the healing rate of humans. Since the material we started our studies on was not to be used without any risks we concentrated first on samples of our cells, our maingoal was to animate them to mutliplicate in a manner that there was no risk for creating tumors. No matter if such were good or bad..." Josi strokes the cat gently "One of our samples though showed no reaction at all. Since we modified the experiments we decided to wait some more. Until one day this cat, back then still a little kitten sneaked to the laboratory when we were discussing something and ate the sample where nothing happened. The happening came then, and it had two effects. Bastet can communicate with me on a way that blocks Nomadic influence on my brain, and once this kitten and I recovered from the rather painful change my eyecolour turned from the former blue-green to the current state. Sadly I got no other cool powers, but I wouldn't change what I have with this cat by all means." Josephines voice turns soft in the end, showing easily how deep the bond is she shares with this special cat.
After this she listens carefully to the explanation of Siren, making some notes on the said things but stopping as the emotional change from her patient can be heard. Swiftly she gets a tissue for the woman as the first tear runs over Sirens cheek. Bastet took the intitative and hurried to the woman on the table, jumping to her side and calmingly the cats rubs her head against the womans arm. One paw is placed on the leg of the woman and as Josephine hands the tissue to the crying woman Bastet changes her place to the lap and a gentle purring can be heard. Josi takes over the place next to Siren and carefully lays an arm around the womans shoulder, holding her slighty since it seems to be needed.
"Let it go Siren... it is allright. You have faced so much and got betrayed by so many that I admire your strength. But even the strongest among us can have their weak moments. And here it is safe for you to rely on others to keep you safe." Josephine talks quiet and soothingly to not let everybody hear what she says. "You may never know why the person you were did what she did. But you have a future now, one where you are the one to make the decisions. All you can do now is to live on in the best you can, with the support The Order and I can give you. You are not alone anymore Siren, and even if you decide to leave you can always talk to me. I swore to help those who need my help and after that I live my life." The doctor holds the woman while only the purring of the cat and quiet sobs can be heard, giving Siren the time she needs to calm down.
