Dear Annie,
Earlier today we received a message from Captain Lena Reimann, in command of the RHB Jotunheim. She politely asked for passage through Bretonian space, along with her battleship. I told her that she would be welcomed.
I honoured my word, and I welcomed her ship today at 8:10 PM near Planet Sprague, with the help of the Thunderer, her crew and her escort. Near the end of the engagement the Jotunheim claimed to not be the Jotunheim, but we destroyed the ship anyways, as she was clearly a worthy asset for your organization. Whether I was shamelessly lied before or after the battle, I do not know, but the facts are that we did not find Reimann among the survivors and that she sent me a message with a desperate tone from, apparently, far away, right after the engagement. Mentioning the survivors, they are being taken to Freeport 1 as we speak. From there ships neutral to your organization will be able to ferry them back to your bases. I am allowing this because I need someone to testify what happens to any Red Hessian Army ship that injures the borders of the Kingdom of Bretonia. Until you decide to end this silly war, our policy will stay the same.
Long live Queen Carina the First.
