but I'm pretty sure OSC just arranged themselves friendly enough relations with the Kingdom recently.
Indeed, there was a SNN broadcast about it as well, I don't think the Council would want them attending
Maybe thats case with official faction OSC , but indie OSC is defaut still hostile to Galic house .
best i manage to do is to buy bribe to my OSC Liner to be -0.55 to Galic police and some Gallic corporations , Galic navy is still hostile and still cant land on any Galic law base , including Police Quillan .
If the Council wouldn't want OSC to attend, they wouldn't be on the list. For now I intend to keep our relations at neutral until Council can see and evaluate whether your presence does more or less harm than good to our cause, balance it out, or just stay unrelated at all. Depending on our experiences this may or may not change in the future towards either direction of the reputation range, but we are not there yet.
That the rephack after your deal only applied to official OSC and not to indies was not entirely clear from related communications and requests (unless I missed something while checking).
It was indeed only applied to the OSC| ID though it was planned to be extended to the entire faction after a short time, unfortunately I've been quite busy lately and forgot to request it. I've fired off a PM to get the changes applied so hopefully it'll be sorted.
Edit: Scratch that, looks like Gallia is OSC only for now.
Alright so, I've been trading the event cargo for more than 2 hours straight and the only thing that I can say is - it's not worth at all.
If you want to promote Gallia and make people go there to trade the event cargo you need to give them profit. Let's be honest, what's 3500/unit? That's right, it's nothing, so in order to improve this event you will have to drastically increase the profit. There is risk of people getting caught, people like [ALG] let's say and if they get caught by GRP/GRN they're out of Gallia. Will the [ALG] risk such thing for only 3.500/unit? No, they won't.
I hope you get what I am trying to say and I hope that you will increase the profit. How much? I would leave that to you.
There might be something more interesting coming your way. Involving one of the event systems. Stay tuned

On such a short route 3,5k/unit is a profit margin rivaling the ones of ores. The purpose of picking such numbers was to keep that in mind and go no further than that, especially because according to Spazzy, he was aiming for such profit margins too in earlier events. I have no obligations against raising the margin even further, should he agree to it too, I could see it increase.
