Bonsoir, esteemed leaders of the Blood Dragon Shogunate,
It has struck me as a big surprise as well as embarassment to find out the lack of official communications between the two of our organizations ever since I stepped forward to lead The Council, thus let me start with an apology et proper introduction: Je suis Général en Chef Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil, leader of The Gallic Council of National Freedom and Unity.
Furthermore, hearing from our allies in the Crayter Republic about your assitance against the Gallic Royal Navy urges me to express our utmost gratitude et in return offer our help as well, of course as long as our capabilities allow us to do so. Akin to them we are also interested in information regarding the Tottori entrance of the Tau-44 system should you be able to relay details to us too. et offer logistics et minor reconnaissance operations in return, should you require so. We are awaiting your response.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
Lady Kimura Hisano, Ambassador of the Blood Dragons.

"Ah, konnichiwa, revered Général Pierre."
"You may refer to me as Taishi to sōdai bugyo no Blood Dragons (Ambassador and Grand Bugyo of the Blood Dragons)."
"Hai, it has been a very long time span in which our communications had halted. The Crayterians have not lied about our actions against the Gallic Royal Navy. Not only are they becoming a threat to all the houses, they have reached their grubby hands into our home, Kusari. Ever since the realization of their major threat, the Dragons have taken to fighting them as well as our typical enemies."
"Your offering of the assistance you can give to us is very honorable. Not many come to help us, so I am glad of your offering to us. It will not go to any waste with us. You said you are interested in the location of the Tau-44 jump hole in Tottori? That is easy. It is right in the middle of sector B2 in the system, within the Yurasu Field. It's pretty far off from any of our hostiles there, and there's no occupants in the field. If you need any more information on the system, we can give it. We are very scarce in Tottori because it is heavily occupied by imperial forces as well as the Farmers Alliance and Guard, Hogosha, and Samura. But we do know the system in and out, thanks to scouts and spies."
"I am all in all very glad to hear from The Council again. You fight to save Gallia properly, and make it so that the colonies can be at least a little bit safer. I admire your motions. What has the Council been up to recently, anyways? Here with the Dragons, we have been busy as usual at war with the Naval Forces, and with the Samurans in Nagano. It's a tough battle here every day, but we pull through. Even then we do need all the help we can get."

Taishi to sōdai bugyo Kimura Hisano,
Apologies for the late response, recent days keep me exceptionally busy. While we mostly aim to keep the stalemate around Champagne from turning against our favor, the Council's more mobile assets scattered around the systems of the Tau Region has been preparing for the next major assault on the GRN garrisons of Tau-44, alongside our Crayterian allies. The assistance you provide at that is invaluable et most appreciated, I have to say.
We in the Council have heard of your struggles in Nagano earlier already, et while we can't spare much of our combat assets, I believe our logistics fleet is big, decent et equipped well enough to provide assistance. Should you need help, share more details with us about the situation at hand et what you require, et my boys will see what they can do about it.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil

"Hello again, sorry for the major delay in response. Major discussions and personal business disabled my ability to respond. I am glad to see people doing something about the Gallic menace, something you and the Crayterians know very well. In some ways you are like us, perhaps I can see. Both of us wanting to restore our home colonies to what they should be. But onto the topic at hand, Général en Chef."
"So far what we have been talking about is the need of general supplies for ship building and repairing. In our position that we are in, weapons are constantly in stock but we lack the ability to quickly and resourcefully repair ships, a crucial element in a revolution like this."
"If it is possible for you to be able to deliver such supplies, we are willing to offer 1,250 Credits per any unit of cargo you deliver and report to us as payment for your troubles. We would be in your debt. Also, our talks have also given us interest in the Gallic commodity known as 'Ultralloy'. Is it possible at all that you could obtain 2,000 of that and deliver it to us so we can research it? For the Ultralloy we will offer a total of 20,000,000 Credits, 10,000 per unit. Again, we would be in your debt. If you're okay with the price offer, we can continue, if not, please tell me what you would like the prices to be and I'll see if they can work."

Taishi to sōdai bugyo Kimura Hisano,
The prices you outlined seem to be reasonable, although I still require a destination to send the supplies to, as well as some information regarding the local stellarography of Kusari et on how to approach, in order to plan the supplies. Besides that I'm curious specifically in what supplies other than Ultralloy you are interested in.

Apologies for a painfully long delay, Général un Chef.
The lack of communications shortly between us is at my fault, as various minor yet annoying issues presented themselves with which I was tasked to deal with. Silence towards you should not happen again.
We discussed the course you might be able to take most safely and decided on this. All supplies you are able to give us should be taken to Kyoto Base or Mito Shipyards. Here is a drawn route to where the supplies will go. It leaves out Lyonnais, but I'm sure you know how to get from Lyonnais to Rishiri. It is simplified yet usually safe and quick, but to be safe, take escorts with you.

Taishi to sōdai bugyo Kimura Hisano,
I hope I don't offend you with my delayed response either, the development of events around the Tau-44 system as well as certain other... nuisances kept me busy. We have, however, reviewed the provided flight path et some possibilities for other gallic commodities you may be interested in, et it seems there are a few additional options at hand, mainly metals et equipment. We'll begin shipments once some of our supply capacity can be freed up for this task.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
