It's really horrible to see how every lolwut can take Osririses, Ranseurs and Nephilims into the Nomicrons while the nomad indie playerbase can nothing do about it really. Operator, Jeremy Hunter and I were busy more than 40 minutes yesterday in Iota, trying to move a lolwut Zoner Q-Ship and a lolwut Ranseur using what is available to Nomad Indies, and we didn't really manage it even with a Irra around. It's really frustrating, and it made me wonder what can be done about it.
So while I am not a friend of the idea to have people roam around with Marduks and act like they have earned it, I'd ask if it's possible to add the Irra to the regular Nomad ID with another line that restricts the Irra to stay within Omicron Iota, Psi and Major. Otherwise, relying on yelling at Wild/K'hara/Commune chats is the only option in order to get rid of those lolwuts, especially when they rely on the player count being higher than 50, so nothing spawns in Major and Psi or in the capital ship areas of Iota.
Irra for Iota, Psi and Major would be more than appreciated. Omicrons are cap oriented region and furthermore Nomad players are put in disadventage from the beginning. It should be really changed.
I, personally, would be for making all Nom caps, including the Marduk available to indies. Even if restrkcted to some certain systems. It would help to balance the both sides out, as the only thing players can do is logginga bomber swarm what is a duck move against capship pilots. It takes away allthe fun from interaction and pew.
Just make the indies unable to use cloak on Irras and DukDuks to prevent silly situations from happening.
I rather not have marduks roaming around "for the lulz" or camping FP11. Unlike light battleships they can be a pain to remove (don't we know with Valors), especially if stacked. It's less of a problem with the Irra.

Second.
I wouldn't mind if irra's ran around the system wether it got restricted or not. but adding the marduk to that list would cause quite a number of problems.
Marduks on indies is a clear no. They are the top tier of nomad evolution and I rather have Iota and Major filled with Lolwut Nephilims and other PEOPLE WITH ORIGINAL BEHAVIOR on a roleplay server than one lolwut roaming around with a Marduk. They are something special. Something that should only be touched if the player behind it is actually able to do it right. The Irra however is enough to be a threat to the lolwut Nephs/Osirises/Ranseurs. Two of them can take out the capital without a problem. However, the necessity of calling for at least three more people to actually damage a Cap8 Ranseur in Iota is just ridiculous. My only hope yesterday was that I fry that equipment with the 280 torpedos I bombed at it, which never happened. Worked well with the lolwut QQ-ship that reengaged later and then was like "What, that guy in your group didn't kill me, that was you".
My dear and lovely Alley, Simbrra said Irras for Major, Iota and Psi only.
When I mentioned Marduks, i never meant them to fly in all the omicrons. If it would be ever considered as possible , they should be restricted to those 3 systems only at max in terms of indies. And withno cloaks
No, please don't make them used offensively. People should still need to earn that privilege, as we saw how it ended up with K'hara. Make them only for defense purposes, so only the three nom systems, not Delta or anything else.

I don't recall Delta being included in the OP. What I said makes sense is the original three systems listed; Iota, Major, and Psi. Anything else is rather clearly a terrible idea.
