Most ships currently deployed inrp are the most advanced variants available. Currently though, the most advanced Osiris atm, is the Amenta in Beta. Our Gebs were sort of the new ones but that is going to change (YAYmeh).
As for Thebes, it is a one ship thing. We don't have the resources to build another nor do I expect the admins/devs to ever let us have it sold and bought freely. So really, Sombra, Thebes may be our first Horus-Class Super Dreadnought, but it's the only one we get.
We eont be getting "the next gen" Order stuff modelled. Inrp, all ships are upgraded as time goes on. It's cheaper than rebuilding. We aren't Liberty with the connections as rented resources, sadly.

How does a ship as small as thebes pass for a dreadnought.
I'm fairly certain the RMBC is larger than it.
In roleplay its suppose to be massive however no one ever moduled anything large enough for it. Trust me, me and Jeremy and Golanski have tried to find someone to module a large ship for the Thebes yet got no luck, but we are working on it.

I could say the same for the Liberty Dreadnought.
As shiz said, we have tried. But either it's Robert, who is hella busy, or unlucky soul, whose models are of questionable quality to Quality Assurance and as such are not well received (even if we like it).
It comes down to:
We can't find someone who will model the damn thing as big as impressive as our goddamn answer to the Suncrusher should be.
