Oh, I did. Three (four, counting the CR getting dragged into it on Skype) factions got warned and nothing happened other than threats to remove Nyx from the server.
People have done a lot, and nothing happened because the report (accidentally) ended up marked as resolved by a moderator who merged it with a coinciding player request.
There isn't a moderator who is on Omicron's side to that would do that.
Resubmit it? If it's an open and shut case post it bump Admins and there. You win.
You can't submit a report with evidence over a month old. The fact it wasn't acknowledged when it happened out in the open, clear as day, was silly.
And no, it actually was accidental. They clarified it, but still did nothing because "too much time had passed." It's that kind of idea that's stopping someone from learning their lesson and facing the consequences of their behavior.

Well. Didn't know the time limit.
There's nothing I can really do, though I have to express my continued confusion to how a faction writeup impacted an SRP.
Iirc, the Cincinnati didn't need the Initiative writeup to defect from 5th.

I wouldn't know. @Fuski did the RP for it, I just happened to be there and end up with the ship in the end. The SRP it's self was the ship from that subgroup, and that subgroup was part of the character's background, so for it to magically disappear is the equivalent of the 5th having never existed and the Cincinnati never being part of an official fleet with a more detailed background, thus Maverick's service and interactions with the entire chain of command would've never happened, so there would've been no reason for him to want to leave in the first place.
Alley put it in the best words possible: Don't delete Disco's history. Archive it and sort it out elsewhere.

Nice initiative and approach. God save Second-in-Charges (including me, ofc). Bestest position to push things up.
I see what are you trying to do and I can promise you sweat and tears. Many things you will not be able to change, but even few little ones will worth all the efforts. As every good person here, you will turn off your PC late at night and go to bed knowing you did your best. Precious.
