Commodore,
I intend to have an eye-to-eye conversation with Enma Loyola today, whom I believe you remember. I am aware that I am exposing myself to the risk of infection, but the matter is very important. I need to convince her to launch a small attack on Xi before I do my mission, so the Corsairs withdraw most of their ships from the Omegas in expectation of a larger attack, thus clearing the way for us. I am notifying you of this because it is in both our interests that my secrets stay our secrets. By the way, do you have any precise safety precautions in mind?
Loyola is a dangerous opponent, in every field that matters to us. Firstly, I will need some information, as in where and what date and time is said meeting. Secondly, I hope you are stocked on stabline. I suggest that you take a dose minutes before said meeting to stave off any physical chemical need if she comes 'bearing gifts', in a lack of a better word. Thirdly, no physical contact. That goes without explanation.
As for the rest, I will need more information. Setting up hidden automated turrets takes some time, but the capability of responding on voice or a flick of a switch will keep you safe. After all, no matter if the target is human or infected. We are all just meat bags, ones waiting for Godot, another walking towards the end.
If you so decide that you will need an.. extra hand, as it were, I am available. I have already finished the preliminary scouting towards the Omegas. It is as your contact said. Patrols are by the dozens.

Commodore,
Loyola told me that she would arrive today or tomorrow. She is not here yet, but if she arrives today, I will accommodate her in a comfortable room and receive her only tomorrow on the pretext of being busy. I intend to receive her in the conference chamber, which is already relatively secure, although such extremes as turrets were not foreseen. Would a day be enough for you to prepare it?
Three hours is more than enough. Freeport One can provide the hardware we need, and I have the necessary skill-set for the assembly. However, there is a couple more measures you can take upon yourself to help you avoid an unhappy ending. Knowledge is key in this.
Infection, by itself, takes time and some certain specific variables must be filled. A seed or an incubi itself is needed. If Loyola is truly infected, she might use her own to infect you. But for that, you have to be immobilized. And as I mentioned, it takes time. So pre arranged checks by your staff in person, will help in curtail any attempt, and if an infection does happen, it will be easily identified.
Anything more, and we will have to get our people from Sunderland, as they are well versed in such matters. All I can say, is be aware of her movement, scan her belongings to identify potential danger and avoid physical contact or any attempt to immobilize you, be it physical or drug induced. If you feel that you are in danger, I am certain four centered automated turrets looking down on her is a useful deterrent, even if she is truly infected. In the end of said meeting, we can arrange a voyage to Sunderland for our specialized teams to take a look at you and run any scans necessary to guarantee your safety.
Oh. Almost forgot. A security team, ready to move, close to the conference chamber. You know, the kind that you prepared for me when we met. Apart from that, I am contacting my supplier in Freeport One to arrange for the hardware.
Do not fret, Admiral. Your mind will stay yours... for the meantime.
