We are representatives of a new mining start-up called Limited Edge Inc. and we are contacting you today to introduce ourselves and also to make a request. Initially, our biggest investor was a corporation within the Interspace Commerce secondary wing however, our firm's goals are to exploit the minable resources within the Nagano System and in order to do that we intend to build a Space Station at the nearby Rishiri System. Unfortunately, we did not take into account the fact that the Lyonnais System is bordering the Rishiri system. As Interspace Commerce is a Libertonian firm and Gallia would be right next to our doorstep, it presented some complications to our base application and our Interspace Commerce benefactors have asked us to sell this company over to another buyer as IC can no longer see the benefit of investing in us.
The reason why we wanted Kishiro to buy our firm out was that firstly it would not present any problems with the border with Gallia for our base application but secondly, it is also because there are 2 Samura bases at the Nagano system. By building a Kishiro base to exploit the platinum mining industry in the next system, we would like to foster a healthy competition between our business rivals.
We're glad you have taken the time to take a look at our proposal and we will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
Regards,

Konbanwa, Mr. Oyama. After consulting with my secretaries and reviewing Kishiro's own files regarding the Nagano and Rishiri systems, I do believe it is in Kishiro's best interests to move to acquire Limited Edge, Incorporated at once, allowing you to operate freely as a subsidiary corporation. You will have full access to the Kishiro network, including logistical and legal support, as well as discounted rates nad other favorable treatment when engaging in business with fellow subsidiaries. In return, your corporation must, naturally, follow all Kishiro safety regulations, as well as minimum standards of employee treatment, financial disclosure, and contractor accountability.
If you would care to visit me at Shinagawa Station, I can walk you or your designated, legally-empowered representative through the whole process of becoming a Kishiro subsidiary, and once my accountants have reviewed any tax filings you have submitted, the paperwork can be finalized within twenty-four hours – Kishiro has done everything in our power to create a uniquely expedited, painless process of affiliation with our corporation, and we hope that you take full advantage of it.
In short, welcome aboard the Kishiro team, Mr. Oyama. We're looking forward to great return on investment, and, more importantly, fruitful cooperation towards building together the future.
