The beginnings of Bristol can be tracked back to the namegiving construction of the installation in late 824. Giving jobs to the civilians of the Separatists, the installation is the first de facto company under Separatist Liberty. Over time the installation allowed a proper company to form and take over most parts while the Battlegroup Harmony distanced itself from it more and more. In May 826 then finally the administration of all but the stations small police force was given over to Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing. The company had properly named and founded itself earlier that year.
While still maintaining close ties to the Battlegroup and the other Separatist forces, the installation and company are fully independent,. The company and base are the hope for the future of the civilian populace.
Having gathered experience and further personnel over the year, Bristol is capable of building some tools, simple vessels(typically from salvaged parts) and installations and satellites. A small group of repair vessels is well capable of repairing Separatist or other paying allies vessels.
Information
Bristol was initially supposed to be a mere mini faction to properly represent the civilian Separatists. The reason was that the military wouldn't directly control the salvaging and civilians that are with them now. Since then it grew into its own thing entirely with the Separatist origins seen only in the history of faction and base and in there maximum reputation with the Separatist forces.
Main operations ingame currently are: base supplies, minor supply contracts and base building. We also do trading, exploration rp and hopefully eventually mining.
In combat they're rarely seen and if present they bring repair vessels to support allies or paying friendlies.

* This Primary ID is only available for use on ships belonging to the B|- official faction.
Pilot carrying this lawful ID is a member of Bristol Constructions and Manufacturing, who:
- Can attack any ship in self-defense, to protect an allied or neutral ship, or in defense of a base of the same affiliation, both within and outside of their Zone of Influence.
Typical corporate line
- Can attack ships belonging to houses or organisations considered hostile by Bristol Constructions within their Zone of Influence.
Typical corporate line
- Can engage in piracy against ships carrying and mining Military Salvage.
To support competition and actually administrate the field - Should ALG or DSE be pirated I'm sure that'd also spark law enforcement
Zone of Influence: Bering, systems bordering Bering
Main ore - Contracted by Seps and Rheingov, coop with ALG
commodity_copper_ore, 4.0
secondary ore, still trying to keep some subtle frienship with Seps etc., could spark competition. At the very least will allow for miners to accompany the convoy instead of unimmersive relogs
commodity_premiumscrap, 4.0
Related to main ore, coop with DSE, could be 3.0
commodity_scrap_metal, 4.0
Related to main ore - Unnecessary? Just there because all pscrap miners have this too iirc.
commodity_helium, 2.0
Trash ore: Keep only for Penny convoy to grab new players

This ID sacrifices the freedoms of the Freelancer ID to turn it into a corporate ID akin to DSE/IMG/GMG etc.
Most tech cells vanish in favour for definite ones at 100% and the option to perk more.
Most mining bonuses vanish in favour for good ones that are limited to specific areas.
The bounty rules and sirius wide ZOI vanish in favour for a diplomacy based attack sheet and cargo shipping.
We keep the protect anywhere rule to properly deal with convoys with others or to help with bases we supported. We have no notable combat ships.
If possible we'd like to request a simple dynamic IFF server side named Bristol.
That way people can see diplomacy. This faction does not aspire nor need nor actually want an associated npc faction.
Its base will be Bristol Depot/Bristol Defense Center preferably with our assigned IFF.
We do not need to pay 500 million credits as we are already on the tracker and paid that about 1.5 months ago.

Didn't he give you a response or something?

The installation was initially built by Seps. I guess some people would know that.
It's no longer Seps, hasn't been for a year. There's a similar amount of them going there to trade as there is Junkers, Xenos, Unioners, Rheinlanders, Libertonians etc.
- Admittedly this thing started as a mere rp gimmick to further branch out Sep lore. But I liked it too much so I made it a completely separate thing. Sure they're positively seeing the people they share the system with and who protect them. But at this point if Rheinland law and Separatists regulations clash, they'd probably follow Rheinland law.
The closest thing to compare Bristol to is probably something like IMG. Of course at a smaller scale.
So to answer your question we have to consider that it's not really Separatists. The installation originated from them. The current people flying for it are all not even ex-Separatists.
Hope you can work with that answer. If it was still just an enhancement of Seps like the original idea was I'd have told you "yes" and I would have set Liberty to hostile.
Expected behaviour from lib law enforcement would be suspicion and some dislike as they clearly have to do *some*thing to not be nuked by the unlawfuls in the system.
That should be answering everything. Treat us like you used to IMG except more suspicious. All corps are currently legal in all houses apart from ALG I believe. I do hope that some sort of more interesting diplomacy establishes itself soon. We interacted with so many people so far yet always everyone was only friendly. Never even pirated.
That's the issue. You are not making it explicit if origins are public or not. Because if it is, then you would remain hostile to Liberty lawfuls. But either way, 5k allowances is just nonsense.
