Bonsoir, Postes au Conseil.
Following up from my previous report, repairs have been conducted on the aforementioned lane with aid from IDF Shipping who were carrying the required parts. I'll detail the repairs made below.
Segment 1
Upon removal of the protective hull panel surrounding the main circuitboard of the lane, we discovered that the shots fired by the Naval destroyer completely fried all internal circuitry. I proceeded to completely remove the circuitboard and opt for a full replacement. Upon removal the board was transfered to a secondary EFL Transport by my accompanying repair ship.
Once the new board was installed I proceeded to reinstall the quantum multiplexors onto it, using my precision welding tools with minimal issues, I then proceeded to reinstall the superconductors and replace the board onto the lane. I then sealed it back inside.
Segment 2
Once the main brace was removed from the lane an IDF Transport aided by anchoring it in place. We discovered that the superconductors and auxillary solar panels were damaged and required replacement. Petit Bateau took the task of installing the Superconductors whilst I reinstalled the panels, after I had finished installing the panels I was called to check the superconductors again as it seemed they had taken more damage than we first thought. I recommended we fully reinstall the entire component - as we had blue packs available, I proceeded to open one and install the necessary components with aid from the other repair ship. Installation was smooth and we reassembled the lane afterwards without any issue.
Segment 3
Segment 3 had no major issues, other than damaged paintwork. We were not equipped to repaint the lane and i'll ensure a work order is submitted to my supervisor to make sure this happens.
Myself and Aramis thanked IDF Shipping for their continued support of our operations. No other issues were reported with the lane and the operation proceeded entirely as planned with no worthwhile events to report. We'll continue to monitor the lane network in both Languedoc and Lorraine for the time being, until we're unable to continue operations in the region.
User ID: Gaston Dubois Recipient: EFL Council Subject: Haute-Seine update. .
Bonsoir, Postes au Conseil.
Following the request from the Parisian Assembly to repurpose Haute-Seine from civillian to military production, we've finally completed all the necessary adjustments, i've attached the full report for convenience.
Haute-Seine has halved its current civillian vessel production, it was decided that we have enough of a stockpile to see us through to the end of this conflict and this frees up a lot of capacity for us to dedicate entirely to military production.
The main berths have seen production of Pachyderme and Vache class vessels halted entirely, and have been dedicated to producing Taureau and Ardent class vessels. The Armoured Transport and Gunboat both share the same chassis and as such are ideal for construction alongside each other. The teams on the ground had a few teething problems adapting the construction equipment to the new chassis but have made good headway in that department and we estimate production should commence within the next few days.
Secondary fighter-craft berths have been adapted to produce the newest NG line of military craft. Converting the berths was much simpler than that of the larger vessels and production has already commenced and is operating at 110% efficiency. We're paying all workers double time for any extra they are willing to work and the incentive seems to be working, with a 43% increase in hours worked.
The rest of the berths remain dedicated to civillian ship production but we can use the lessons learned from converting the others and apply it here if production requires it. Any spare capacity is being dedicated to the construction of components of capital-class vessels on request from the military shipyards, we're ensuring that all shipping and handling is being covered by us as to expedite any requests we recieve.
In addition to the above report, i'd like to suggest a request to the Gallic Metal Service to increase shipping of raw materials direct to the station so our stockpiles remain full enough that production can continue unabated.

User ID: Gaston Dubois Recipient: EFL Council Subject: Arles Salvage Project. Ocober 28, 743 AGS
The salvaging of the Arles is now in full swing, all infrastructure has been successfully deployed with minimal disruption from unlawful elements within Provence.
The security branch has become increasingly concerned since the Battleship Saumur left the system and the police presence has dwindled even further to be barely noticeable, they have pulled in extra staffing from other operations to ensure work is able to continue without any unfortunate accidents.
As for the operation itself, the ship was successfully stabilized and its orbit is no longer decaying, we have several vessels scanning the skies above Marseille for any wayward debris that has yet to enter orbit. Deconstruction is progressing on-schedule with all useable salavage being sent to Haute-Seine for processing.
Logistics has yet to have any complications in moving the salvage, save for one accident with a faulty reactor onboard one of our trains. The ship was left adrift for several days before it was able to be towed to the nearest station for repairs.
I shall provide a further update on the status of the operation in a months time, unless anything of note happens that would require a report sooner.
User ID: Gaston Dubois Recipient: EFL Council Subject: Corporate Disruption efforts. March 14, 744 AGS
Our efforts to disrupt foreign corporate powers in the Tau's have continued. Myself and the crew of the Alysse - one of our specially designed transports specifically for these sorts of missions.
We intercepted a Kishiro transport hauling a load of their proprietary Optical Chips. Fascinating things, we relieved him of half of his load and took them back to our depots at the Cordes deconstruction site, I doubt anyone will look too closely at the materials coming from that operation.
In addition to this, I had joined the Gallic Navy the day prior to intercept a large Kishiro convoy attempting to enter Gallia via the Zurich corridor. We discovered a Barge with a hold full of platinum ore, they insisted they were bound for Oerlikon but we turned them away at the gate. Our security division employees will continue to patrol alongside the Navy to ensure we're keeping to a strict standard when carrying out our newly approved orders from the Union.

On a route through Zurich, a ship identifying as 'Royal Navy' disrupted the trade lane and proceeded to act like a common bandit! Initially I thought the ship was part of the Union's Navy, identifying as MdG/-, the pilot corrected me; proceeded to demand money or my crew's life and the ship.
I tried to pry more information out of the individual, but he was not really interested in talking.
I have attached the blackbox recording of the event.
[21.04.2021 22:36:05] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Cut your engines.
[21.04.2021 22:36:17] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Good.
[21.04.2021 22:36:22] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: They were already cut.
[21.04.2021 22:36:32] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: Aren't you part of the Navy?
[21.04.2021 22:36:39] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Yes.
[21.04.2021 22:36:43] MdG/-Marc,Toure: The Royal Navy.
[21.04.2021 22:36:58] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: Oh, welcome back to Gallia.
[21.04.2021 22:37:07] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: The Union has welcomed the Royal Navy back.
[21.04.2021 22:37:24] MdG/-Marc,Toure: The Union are cowardly traitors.
[21.04.2021 22:37:31] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: How?
[21.04.2021 22:37:47] MdG/-Marc,Toure: They sided with the council dogs.
[21.04.2021 22:38:04] MdG/-Marc,Toure: And now you do buisness with the Union.
[21.04.2021 22:38:20] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: The council? They're no more.
[21.04.2021 22:38:44] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Yet I still see Redemptions flying around.
[21.04.2021 22:39:15] MdG/-Marc,Toure: As punishment for you cooperation with the Union you are to pay a fine of five million credits or be destroyed.
[21.04.2021 22:39:25] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: With Kusari destroying our shipyards, you can damn well expect Gallia to use older warships to kick them out.
[21.04.2021 22:40:17] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Either way collobration with those who lead us to such events is treason.
[21.04.2021 22:40:26] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Now are you going to pay the fine?
[21.04.2021 22:40:36] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: Hold on a minute...
[21.04.2021 22:40:43] MdG/-Marc,Toure: No.
[21.04.2021 22:40:49] MdG/-Marc,Toure: You were given enough time.
[21.04.2021 22:40:55] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Now you choose.
[21.04.2021 22:40:57] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: The Council is gone. And you consider those that lead to those events to be traitors?
[21.04.2021 22:41:10] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Ten seconds.
[21.04.2021 22:41:32] [2021-04-21] 22:41:32 You have sent 5.000.000 credits to MdG/-Marc,Toure.
[21.04.2021 22:41:36] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Good.

[21.04.2021 22:42:00] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: I didn't realise the 'Royal Navy' were that low.
[21.04.2021 22:42:06] EFL~Altstadt: What's this?
[21.04.2021 22:42:14] MdG/-Marc,Toure: Just keep moving.
[21.04.2021 22:42:15] EFL~Fleur-De-Lys: He just threatened my life!
[21.04.2021 22:42:22] EFL~Altstadt: Non non. We can't have that.
