Honestly this sort of thing is why players shouldn't have an effect on the plot, or "inrp" own anything, it's detrimental to RP as a whole because it turns the game into off brand Stellaris. Drop the pixel power and actually bother playing the game and maybe you wouldn't get upset about this sort of thing.
As for the Iron Cross, Zoner militant groups rarely live long as a result of the Zoner ID being restricted to defensive actions against anything that isn't a Nomad. That's not to say the idea is intrinsically bad, but you're pushing against an already established independent ID. There's also conflict with the overall "character" of the Zoners, which is a body of individuals looking to escape House influence, and do so by placing themselves either in-between borders, or by moving to the Omicrons. This is reinforced by Zoner diplomacy towards many unlawful groups being neutral, as they have very little worth pirating - due to not being a corporation - and provide a relatively indiscriminate place to dock.
Also the name's a better fit for something Rheinland related, but people have a tendency to LARP all sorts of weird things in the context of Rheinland.
Regardless, this isn't the worst thing I've seen.

This just sounds like another iteration of the Zoner Alliance (50,000 zonur marines meme came from that) which devolved into nearly a civil war between the various zoner groups all those years ago.
I really don't care about new Zoner factions, I'm happy if it brings activity. What I dont like to see are claims made on NPC stations and no discussion with the major official faction that encompasses or has influence over at least some of those bases.
Its exactly what Tel-Aviv and his ZA~ did which caused that prior conflict years ago. The last thing this community needs is another stupid argument that just leads to even more people rage quitting. So please, dont make that same mistake.
Also, just check spelling on your info page all around. Its 'Livadia' not 'Levadia' for example or 'Statement' not 'Statesment'.
But seriously, I dont even care if you spell correctly, just please dont start a needless beef over who "owns" the freeports and the shipyard.

Oh yeah but the current way of doing things keeps only a few happy with their pixel possessions, and leaves no one outside of the staff with any real fairly accessible way to do anything but fly around and die. What stimulates a reason to play when you can't do anything? and there is no fair guaranteed system for everyone? So its that way already, but why keep it only really influencable to a small minority of players? The truth is until we open up to allow for more options and guaranteed avenues for player actions, its not ragequitting that's the danger, its lack of interest resulting in not much more than 30 people online at any give time, excluding sundays, but that spike lasts about 3 hours. Without a more detailed way for players to effect the common world (yes, that is a normal thing that should be accomodated for long ago), people should consider themselves lucky some still come here to attempt factions at all.
Want to see this place come alive again? (making it actually worth staying all this time and putting in serious effort) Let the zoner factions and their derivatives fight turf wars over bases. Let all factions do this, employ a faction chellenge system, give OF's 'the 6th right' that I suggested to fight to change control of stations. I remember the ZA days, in retrospect it was much better having something to do than not. There was always another real crisis popping up from people making bold moves. That was actually better than what we have today. People think that since its an RP server you're only supposed to want to fly aimlessly and talk with no real application of gameplay.

They are right, that Zoners split into the two factions - Outworlder Assembly and Zoners. Outworlder Assembly is about Omicrons, where as Zoners occupy zones closer to the Houses. Maybe you should decide whichever of these groups you are, so you can establish relations with OF factions accordingly.
In any case, I'm happy to see any new faction that brings players from Discord/Forum into the game. I wish you a good luck and see you in space.
hey first of all is always good to see more people to play as zoner so welcome but this is a feedback, and although I haven't seen any action from you guys yet, there are some things i like to point out. I will start with your faction name ... like some already said that is too much rheinlander and military as weel even a thing that no longer exist, and don't forget this happens in a possible future. also your info page is too vague but also you guys are starting so no problem about some criticism about you guys look too military, that name really don't help, probably some forgot the zoner militants around bering and then also to omega 49, but also is a warning for you guys to not be like then because completely failed.
about your base operations, well operate from a base don't mean that you administrate, but there are plenty of bases that without administrators. i can advise you one that would be cool for you guys, since it was administered by the IRG that are long gone, that is FP5 or FP8 if you go along with rheinland goverment.
so my last advise .. first have fun, take it cool with other factions, rp with others Zoners, and again have fun
