Posts like this would be more helpful if they were less people-based and more specific on what behavior exactly makes "people like X" either "nice" or a "growth".
Saying this as someone who is truly one of the nicest and helpful people in disco, but yet suffers severe under-appreciation, for reasons like being very honest and straight-forward.

He is a tumor, a huge part of the problem why people lose interest in the game. A person who doesn't realise this is a game people play for enjoyment. People. people that are here for their relationships, for their friends.
I just wish the game would be more community oriented :l
People like racer especially are ***** huge assets to the game that should be treated like gold, and so many people don't realise it.
That is correct .. and alot of good people who put huge effort into the game get forced away by these relevances.
It is supposed to be a community, obviously, and the cancer in the community never dies, and never will, but all it would take would be for people to realise how it effects people who decide to quit.
I had issues, which I am not going to relay to the community, but I do agree with @"Relation-ship" on his comments.
It is after all a GAME, but it needs to be policed correctly and maybe if something is changed with relevance to the Faction checks, it may put less pressure on factions and their leaders.
After all as mentioned it is a game and rules are to be followed, but I think its time to scrap the faction activity, which is stressful enough for leaders to encourage people to log and to be honest real life always comes first and that has become a factor in my life and how much gameplay I can muster now, and I think that is the case with alot of people at the moment on the server.
Maybe a good solution, could be a discussion between Admins and Faction Leaders, which never seems to take place, this could give both sides the opportunity to talk freely and hammer out concerns and ideas.
As a former faction leader, of a faction that I thought would never reach officialdom and also would never get as big as what I thought it would, and also all the people who pushed me to do it (I thank you all for that), but it appears that this particular faction is on a downward spiral and I do miss being there, and I hope it does not collapse.
I do not usually post such large replies, but I decided to post my opinion and hopefully this could make a difference to the community in some way.

Now this went down quick. There were a few things people have said here that warranted this thread a temporary lockdown. In the meantime, people should take some time to relax and eat a sandwich.
