Greetings, friends.
We have communicated briefly about three years ago, when I was still flying on my own. Since then I haven't been in dublin much unfortunately, mostly due to how turbulent the system was in the past few years, but since the situation seems to have calmed down I figured I might as well try to get in contact again. However, this time I'm not speaking for myself, but for the Irregulars. In case you haven't heard of us already - which, admitedly, wouldn't be that surprising - we're mostly a dirtside organization on New London, focused on getting our customers what they need, preferably without the meddling of the queen's authorities. We're currently trying to expand our operations, which brings us to the main reason for this topic.
Firstly, I would like to ask if you're still offering gold for purchase, and secondly I would like to ask if there are any supplies you need delivered, for a fair price of course. I hope to hear from you soon.
From: Matthew J. Burns To: Finnean MacRory Subject: RE: Introductions and inquiries
Good day, Mr. MacRory.
I'm glad you are doing well and have expanded your organisation. As fate would have it, we have need of freelance traders once more.
As you are no doubt aware, our movement has made significant progress against the Crown's forces. Military presence has been all but expelled from Dublin, causing the Corsairs to gain an increased interest in our territory. We suspect the Armed Forces have been allowing their raiding parties to enter Dublin while maintaining their blockade, hoping to use their enemies against one other.
We now find ourselves under siege, with hostile entities prowling in our territory. It will not be easy to get in, but we are willing to barter our gold for essential supplies.
Over the years, we have been expanding our industrial capacity, and Connacht Depot is now a fully-functional ore processing station. However, it has been moved to a more secure location. You will find it if you look by the now-defunct jump gate to the New London system.
If your traders are willing to risk the blockade and the Corsairs, we will pay good gold for any supplies delivered - food rations, munitions, MOX fuel. Of course, if Connacht is out of stock, you may purchase gold directly from Arranmore as well.
We look forward to a mutually profitable relationship.

Greetings, Mr.Burns.
I have to admit the expansion isn't going as well as I would hoped, well, at least the space part isn't. There is no shortage of people willing to stick it to the man down in the gravitation well of New London, especially in the area where I come from, so maintaining our operations dirtside isn't an issue, but finding freelance traders willing to organise, even just little, is whole another thing. So far, it's still just old me flying our colours in space. I guess only time will tell if more freelancers will be interested. Of course, in case you know about someone who might be intereseted in joining our group, I'd be very gratefull if you pointed them my way.
In the meantime, me and my crew will hapilly help supply Connacht with the necessities. The situation with corsairs is unfortunate, but managable, so expect to see my Ol'Reliable from time to time.
One last thing, in case Connacht's docking rights are stricter than in the past, would it be possible to allow ships marked as [>MRI<] to dock?

Greetings, friends.
we have not been formaly introduced, but you have been communicating with my brother, Finnean, on this channel, so I figured this is probably the best way to contact you officialy.
I have recently received a report from one of our members, Sheena Abernathy, who is currently commanding my brother's ship while he's on a business deal in Omicrons. I'm contactin because I think you should be aware of what's happening in your system. Sheena has reported that while they were on a routine supply run, bringing irridium to your shipyards, she encounterd a junker vessel belonging to a group called Junker Congress. Said vessel claimed to be supplying Mollys, but was more than happy to demand a third of our ship's cargo, in exchange for "not blowing it up".
Now, to be absolutely clear, we do not blame the Assembly, or any Molly really, for this encounter, nor do we ask for any compensation whatsoever. What happened to miss Abernathy is simply one of the realities of sirius, and I hope it teaches her a crucial lesson in trust. However, I do think you should look into this incident. Not for our sake, but for yours. As we all know, supplying Dublin is a risky business, since the bretonian authorities are actively tring to starve you out with their embargo. You already have the bretonians and the corsairs making life hard for anyone willing to trade with you, you don't need one of your alleged suppliers to do it too. Sure, in the short run, the cargo still gets to you, but if these encounters became more prevalent, it could have a detrimental effect on the volume of trade Dublin receives, as more and more suppliers might decide the deck is stacked so heavily against them it's just not worth the risks anymore.
I'm attaching the junker's identification and the comm recordings in the attachement.

From: Matthew J. Burns To: Lachlan MacRory Subject: RE: Supplying Dublin
Good day, Mr. MacRory.
I appreciate you notifying us about this incident. Rest assured, if RPA patrols spot this vessel in Dublin, we will take measures to ensure the safety of our suppliers.
We will also communicate our displeasure to this Junker organisation. The Junkers may be in a position to take advantage of us for the moment, but if they think we will be pushed into accepting them as our sole partner, they are mistaken.
In the meantime, I hope your crew is unharmed and undeterred from continuing to do business with us.

Greetings, Mr. Burns,
our crew is indeed unharmed, since they complied with the junker's demands. Loosing third of the cargo is still better than loosing it all and the ship too. We certainly don't intend to stop working with you, the Assembly proved to be a reliable partner for us, I just wanted to bring this incident to your attention, since I believe such incidents are to detriment of everybody.
From: Finnean MacRory To: Republican Provisional Assembly Point of origin: Planet New London Subject: Introductions and inquiries Encrpytion key: bf8!ja£5ps%fy1
Greetings, Mr.Burns.
I apologise in advance for bothering you with such trivial matter, but I have a favour to ask.
You see, I.. well, someone close to me has a ship, that needs a thorough examination... and I mean really thorough. Normally, I'd take it to a regular shipyard, but the circumstances by which the ship was obtained were a bit unsual. Apparently it was found, discarded, in a junkyard down on planet New London. With some hull breaches and shot up panels, but otherwise a good condition. You have to admit that's extremely suspicious. The owner patched the figher up surprisingly well, but still, I'd prefer if a proper mechanic could check it. And since I can't exactly go to bretonian shipyard without risking questions and potential seizure, I hoped someone from Foyle shipyard might be able to help. For a price of course, I don't believe in freebees.
From: Matthew J. Burns To: Finnean MacRory Subject: Your Request
Good day, Mr. MacRory.
Your request is slightly unusual, but I see no reason to deny it. I'd like to clear up some details before we agree on a price, however. Were you able to determine what class of fighter your associate has managed to find? Its age, its origin?
Our shipyard crews have much experience working with salvaged equipment, but there are some technological limitations that we may be unable to overcome. Its best to clarify this before you go through the effort of transporting the ship to us only to realise we do not have the parts or technical expertise for this task.
From: Finnean MacRory To: Republican Provisional Assembly Point of origin: Planet New London Subject: Fighter checkup and repair Encrpytion key: bf8!ja£5ps%fy1
Greetings, Mr.Burns.
thanks for entertaining my request, irregular as it is. God, did I really said that? Uh, sorry, I seem to have picked up a bad habbit.
Anyway, the ship's model is Raven's Talon, civilian design, built by pretty much anybody as far as I'm aware. The spare parts and blueprints hopefully shouldn't be an issue, but it makes determining it's origin damn near impossible. I didn't have a chance to examine it closely, but from what I got told I believe it can't be that old, since the owner managed to repair it on their own with just a bit of cash. What troubles me is the fact the described repairs strongly suggest the damage was caused by weapon's fire and not old age or your usual wear and tear. On top of that the owner is not exactly certified small vessel mechanic either.
That's both the reason why I want the ship to be thoroughly checked, and if possible, properly repaired, and also the reason why I don't want to go to regular shipyards. A fighter, without proper papers, damaged by weapon's fire, found in a junkyard down on planet? I think we both can see where bringing such ship for close inspection anywhere near the current "powers that be" in bretonia... or any house really, could lead.
Out of all the groups I could probably reach out, you're the closest ones and honestly, the ones I had the best prior experiences with. I could go to junkers, but given our only encounters with junkers so far are being robbed by them, you can probably guess why I'm not exactly keen on reaching out to them.
Let me know if something can be arranged, I would really be gratefull.
