My Name is Caitlyn Cross I am the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I am contacting you today about the situation with the Old Dublin Racetrack. Orbital had Visited the Racetrack often in the Past and our Guests enjoyed the Thrill and Excitement when they watched the Ships fly through the Rings of the Hood Racetrack.
We know that the Track and the Hood Were Destroyed during the Turbulent Times of the Creation of the Republic. While we have a Neutral Stance toward the Conflict in Total we would like to Inquire about the possibility of Renovateing and Reopening the Racetrack. Orbital would be willing to assist in this endeavor both financially and actively. A Restarted Tourism Industry could Benefit the People of Dublin and bring some Credits into the Pockets of the Assembly.
I hope to hear from you soon to discuss this matter and see how we can help each other.

Good Evening Miss Cross.
My apologies for the slight delay in response, signals coming in and out of Dublin can get a tad messy.
I'm Jac Yarwood, i'm the Chancellor of the Assembly, its civilian and overall leader, and i must admit your offer is surprising. But i suspect i need not inform you of Bretonia's probable thoughts on the matter if they were to find out. I hear OS&C is no stranger to dangerous locations, so i'll cut to business.
I'll give you a quick rundown on the track and its surrounds first;
The track was damaged and the Hood destroyed by a corsair warship, the Santander, a vessel that has continued to lurk around the system, raiding Molly vessels and independent traders alike, and despite attrition, its wings of fighters and bombers seem to receive steady reinforcements. Bretonia's blockade may be lacking, but we're still suspicious of the consistency of Corsair replenishment. Due to the risks of the Santander and more important matters, i can't give you any real report on the current state of the track infrastructure or how the years have treated it.
However, your offer is, despite these risks, quite tempting indeed, bringing more people into Dublin, especially for civilian matters, is a goal we have struggled to achieve with the interference, so i would be happy to see a collaborative effort to bring the old track back into usage.

Indeed it must be Dificult to send and Recive Messages from Dublin Right Now. We also had some Fears that our Message might not come Trough. I am Glad that the Republic haves an Interest in our Litle Proposal.
I have Indeed thought about the Posible Response from Bretonia if they find out. But to be honest it is already inside our Calculations as well. The Facts are that Bretonia Retreated for some Verry Good Reasons. Over the Centuries they have Lost Billions Worth of Military Equipment and Ships in Dublin, not to mention all the Lifes of Navy Sailors and BMM Miners. And as i see it, in the end the Costs have been higher than the Profits. But of Course we speak about Bretonia so it is Clear that they try to uphold at least the Ilusion of a Certain Status Quo with there Blockade. But Orbital Brings some Heavy Weight to the Table in Form of Jobs and Taxes so we wouldnt be fully unarmed should our litle Deal come to light.
And there would be another Factor that shouldnt be left out of the equation. Orbital is an Inter House Company with Contacts to all the Big Houses of Sirius and Gallia. We are an Neutral Party and offer Vital Services for Peace Talks and other Deals.
And this Brings us to the Santander. I have to admit that i had the impression that the Hood and the Track were Damaged in the Turmoil of the Bretonian Retreat. Either by Friendly Fire or by Accident. To hear that the Corsairs were Responsible for it makes it a bit more Dificult, but it might also open some chances.
I am sure you heard the "Rumors" about the Hawaii? I wont go into Detail here, but lets say Orbital and the Corsairs know each other. I dont know what your Stance towards them is, or how your History with them looks like. But if you are Willing to resolve this with Words instead of Warships then we might be able to arrange some Talks between the Corsairs and the Republic.
You maybe heard about the Conflict in Omicron Theta? This Litle War have Cost the Corsairs some heavy Losses and demanded an High Blood Price. I am sure that right now they could be willing to talk about the Retreat of an Vessle that is so far away from Home Soil. An Vessle that must be Extremely Costly to Supply and Reinforce. If interest Exists on Both Sides, Orbital Could Act as an Neutral Ground. An Liner on an Cruise trough the Tau's would Draw. litle Susspicion.
As for the Renovation of the Track, i have a Raw Plan in my Head. So far we would Provide Funding and Possible Resurces. While the Republic would Provide the Workers. Orbital Pays Good Credits to its Employees, and we offer Benefits such as Healthcare and Retirement Funds. We could also take Care of the Culinary Needs of the Workers, by provideing Food Shipments that get lost in "Mysterious" Accidents in the Gas Fields of Leeds. You know Things Like Ejected Cargo Containers due to Broken Locking Bolts.
But before all that we have to Deal with the Santander Situation. It would be a Foolish Investment to Start the Work just to get it Blown to Pieces by an Corsair Cruiser.

Good Evening Miss Cross.
Apologies once more for the delay in response. Caught up overseeing mining operations, and had to talk over some matters with my people.
In regards to your comments on the Corsairs... well. I have held some conversation with my Kin, and i must admit we may run into a slight problem. I would be quite happy to initiate some... Diplomacy... with the Cretans, however, the only outcome the movement would find acceptable is the Corsairs complete and unconditional withdrawal from Dublin, while i may be able to work people down to something slightly lesser than that, well... The benefits of doing so would have to be quite noticable.
But if it should happen that that problem can be moved past - not an easy prospect, but i would be willing to try - i would be more than happy to find workers and some of our own construction vessels for OS&C employment and use, and i am sure that further matters of mutual benefit could be worked out over time after such an arrangement.

I understand that you want them out of Dublin without Conditions and I am sure you have all the Reasons to Demand such a Thing considering the hostility that exists between the people of Dublin and the Mollys. But I also see that you are a Reasonable Leader who understands that Diplomacy always demands some kind of Compromise between the Sides. As the Neutral Party in this endeavor, I promise you that I will do my best to ensure that neither side is being ripped off here. We all have much to win if these Negotiations are Successful, and we all have much to lose should they Fail.
As for the "quite noticeable" Benefits of a successful rebuilding and Opening of the Racetracks, we have calculated that the Profits of this would go into the Hundreds of Millions if not Billions of Credits each Year. And these are only the Profits from the Track, I am quite sure you could Earn some nice Side Money by selling Gold and Trinkets to the Tourists. So I think there are enough Credits in this endeavor for all of us. For now, I will contact my Sources within the Corsair Empire and see what they say about the Negotiations.
