Kōkyo, Imperial District, New Tokyo System, House Kusari, 834 A.S
Imperial Prime Minister - Sanae Miyasu
To the esteemed representatives of the great houses of Rheinland and Liberty as well as to the representatives of the Crayter Republic.
I humbly submit this urgent communication regarding the dire situation concerning the dwindling gold supplies within the Sirius Sector. In the wake of the tragic loss of the Dublin star system to the Molly Separatists three years past, the repercussions continue to reverberate, presenting a formidable challenge to economies of all our three great houses.
The significance of Dublin's continued and relatively affordable gold supplies cannot be overstated. Whilst minor economic branches catering to the rich can turn over to alternatives, Gold serves as lifeblood, as critical component essential to technological treasures in use every day. I am speaking about the Optronics found in every electronic application up to every spacecraft, Trade Lane and Jump Gate - about its importance as protective coating as element of Hull Panel production or its application in basically every spacecraft engine to date. Just to name the most crucial areas affected.
As you are well aware, the loss of Dublin has significantly disrupted the supply chain of gold, leading to the first shortages now that BMMs strategic reserves seem to run dry and an imminent threat of skyrocketing costs for all essential products is ahead of us. Without swift and decisive action, we risk facing severe consequences that could have far-reaching implications for the Sector's economy and down the line the security and current era of peace. Regrettably, the prevailing stance of inaction and reluctance to engage in dialogue exhibited by the Government of Bretonia and its Armed Forces only serves to increase the severity of this crisis.
It is for that reason we wish to coordinate together with the other great Sirian Houses and the Crayter Republic to pressure the Bretonians into hailing our call for a great summit of the Four Great Houses and Crayter to be held on New London. The Empire of Kusari is convinced that is of considerable importance that this summit is held, so that we may find common grounds and strategies on how to proceed with the Dublin crisis and set a strong signal symbol against the last decades of warfare and bloodshed by showcasing the greater sector that we can push differences aside for the sake of the sector. Further, we are convinced that the lackluster performance by the Bretonians requires intervention by not one but all other great houses at once.
In service of Kusari, her grace the Imperial Majesty and her people,
Imperial Prime Minister,
Sanae Miyasu
As you have stated, the grip of the Molly menace over Dublin is felt throughout the entire sector as gold reserves fall across the houses. Indeed, an economic crisis is imminent if nothing is done. As it is likely the issue in all houses, piracy specifically targeting gold shipments is on the rise.
Ordinary repair and maintenance is feasible for now, but without crucial gold supplies, expansion of any house into the unknown reaches is impossible. If allowed to fester too long, maintenance will be the next struggling issue, giving rise to unreasonable sorts of people. This must not be allowed to occur.
While the Republic is firmly against any direct action, we've come up with a plan to supply Bretonia with the necessary materials to sustain their efforts to bring the Dublin revolt under control and ensure a stable supply of gold into the sector once again, not only to Bretonia's economic benefit, but to all of our Houses.
Liberty is prepared to meet Bretonia's needs for any materials necessary to put an end to this revolt and stabilize the looming crisis that threatens to tear us apart and leave us at the mercy of these criminals.
I look forward to hearing how my colleagues from Crayter and Rheinland see about aiding in putting an end to this.
It is agreed that the Crown of Bretonia has fallen short on expectations on handling the insurrection of Dublin, but it begs the question of "if" they can handle this rise of it populace. In recent occurrences Crayter trade ships have been attacked by large molly forces outside the system of dublin. With Bretonian forces being inadequate to ensure the safety of their closest allies in trade lanes. This problem may be larger than the system of dublin but the kingdom as a whole.
With the demilitarization of the Bretonian Armed Forces following the years after the Gallic War. It has come to the Republics belief that the Kingdom of Bretonia has left itself too weak to contain the molly movement. Struggling with post war depression and debts. Further evident with the destruction of the jump gate within dublin. It may not be enough to provide recourses and require direct intervention to insure the end of the molly uprising.
The Crayter Republic supports the great houses and is honored to be included in talks concerning the wellbeing and future of the Kingdom of Bretonia. We await further responces.
In service to the Republic.

Guten tag meine herren und damen.
We are sharing in the grave concern raised by our colleagues here represented. Rheinland is particularly concerned for the wider ramifications on the Sirian economy, and as such we have been looking towards solutions. First and foremost we intend to offer our industrial support, to help Bretonia build up any necessary supplies to mount a campaign into the Dublin system. It is our hope that with adequate support, they can clear out the rebellious elements within and Sirian gold production can resume at a somewhat normal level. Our corporations have been informed of the situation, and are poised to carry any necessary amount of goods, should the Bretonian government accept our aid.
If need be, Rheinland will offer military support in the form of a peace-keeping force, to help alleviate pressure in the Omega-3 and Cambridge systems. We'll pledge to hold the criminal elements at bay, so that the Bretonian armed forces can dedicate their ships and personnel elsewhere to assure a quick resolution to the Dublin situation.
