=SMI="Great.Fox" has been sanctioned and jailed for:
Quote:6.3 Carrying any unmounted IDs in player ship is prohibited. Transferring or trading IDs is also prohibited.
The reps you have currently on that cruiser do not allow you to purchase a Zoner ID, let alone a Guard one.
Means someone bought it for you, and transferred it onto that vessel.
Consequences: Jailed till you decide which ship you are replacing it with. Fined the tiny amount of credits on
there and your armour to make up the difference.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised
that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions
up to a ban.

Ive had enough...... Im done playing this lame game due to the latitude of these rules.... It took me approximately 1 month to get all that and then this... Im done.

Latitude ? Why should you have latitude when pretty much everyone else makes the effort to follow the rules.
Are you different in some way ? Is there some special dispensation you are not telling us about ?
Anyway, if you decide after this 'IgotcaugghtbreakingtherulessoIragequit' episode, post again, and we'll sort
out where to put you to buy the replacement.

Sure ill buy a replacement, but there isn't a Civ ship larger than either a fighter/bomber or transport. Have the availability to buy a civ cruiser, gunboat, etc and I will gladly ask you to place me somewhere to get a replacement... But to me the Corvo is as close to a civ cruiser as possible, But then since I was unaware to the fact that the ship had to be registered to begin with, I thought it would be ok to use. And yes I did buy that ID off of someone only because I had no idea how to get zoner guard affiliation. So im guilty there.
I will continue my freelancer experience on 2 conditions.
1. I would like to be refunded the full amount in which I had purchased the corvo, along with armor and weponry. (I believe the amount is around 210mil)
2. Consideration in the 4.86 to allow the creation of Civilian Cap ships.
Thank you for your co-operation and have a nice day...

You'll continue your 'Freelancer Experience' on our terms I'm afraid, you are here because you broke the
rules, and admitted to it now. So, you have read the this bit ?

That is non-negotiable.
My suggestion however is to quit barking at the admins as if you own the place, and realise that you are no
different to anyone else who gets caught. I'll leave the choice of next move entirely up to you ...

At this moment I have decided to say that due to the 'Leadership' of the admins, That I shall discontinue my experience of this once proud game.
I believe I say this for those who dont want to say it but, The.Joker and others have a point. There is almost little to no RP in this server to begin with. The ships we fly direct our views on how we approach this game every time we start it up. How we obtain them is one thing and what we do with them is another.
If one of us wants to help out others by purchasing a ship for protection, Guidance, and the funding of others who seek it? Do we scorn them and repay their ideas and plans by stripping them of what took em a great deal of time and effort to save up for? No, we do not.
If they want to pillage an loot from pilots who are trying to make an honest credit, as long as they show an RP spirit and fair play, Do we also take it away. No, we do not.
I believe that the sole ideals of this game have now become blighted by the degree of the rules so put forth by the Administrative that we have forgotten why we came here to begin with.
You might as well just have everyone start entirely over or rebuild it so there are in game requirements like the a lvl system in how we obtain ships of any type.
Personally I give a vote of no confidence in the leadership of the current administrative team due to their current actions of the actions and choices of other players.
So I will speak for those who choose not to speak out of fear from the rules. You can mark me as a marytr or an arse. Its your choice. But as an individual, I will express my god given right of free speech even if it is on a forum.
Oh before I forget,
Have an nice day............

Fox, you seem like an intelligent chap, how is it you spectacularly fail to grasp the point of this ? You use the server, you follow the rules. It's very very simple ...
Blaming the rest of the world, his dog, the admins and the server rules for your failings is fairly daft at best,
and arrogant at worst. So a long, wordy and eventually pointless post from me, will waste mine and everyone else's time ... We are done here now, feel free to play anywhere else.

Ship - or a reasonable facisimile thereof - has been released and is now at Erie. You'll need to equip your new Zoner Gunboat - the cruiser was repossessed.
