I would like to let it be known that we are now seeking an intelligent Vice President to partner up with the current president, Michael Trenton, in order to lead Universal Shipping, Inc. in the right direction. If you believe you're up for the challenge, and that you meet the requirements, please post here.
Signed,

Universal Shipping, Inc.
At the moment we're taking applications from anyone who is interested in the position. After, we'll conduct a thorough background check and start the interviewing process. We're looking for someone who has aligned their values to ours; someone who can be a leader; and someone who is level-headed.
Allow me to give light into the Vice President position. Below you will see the rights and a partial description of someone in this position (Source: USI's Bylaws & Charter Agreement):
Quote:1.2 Vice President [VP] - Vice director of all operations, departments, and finances.
1.2a The Vice President may act autonomously and without scrutiny, if:
The action does not break the right or authority of another executive,
any general, conduct, convoy, or procedural rules under the Dossier and the Bylaws & Charter Agreement,
the action involves a substantial interest to further USI’s mission and vision statement,
the action does not undermine or contradict a decision or action by the President.
1.2b The Vice President is either appointed by another president or by a unanimous vote.
1.2c If the Vice President is inactive, without notice, for a rolling total of 30 days, then the administration has the right to vote someone else into the position by a unanimous vote.
1.2d The authority over finances is given to the Vice President by the President. The Vice President may not change what is described within the Dossier without the consent of the President.
1.2e The Vice President, if in agreeance with the President, can veto a majority vote. However, the veto is not effective if all parties (with the exception of the President and Vice President) have voted in agreeance.
If you have any other question, please let me know.

I hope this transmission does not find you at a bad time. My name is Paul Corte and I am 143 Sirian years of age. I wish to apply for the position of Vice Chief of Staff. My bio is as follows:
Born on Planet Malta in the Omicron Alpha system I was the second child of my parents. My parents worked for the Outcasts - my mother, the Chief Inspector for all incoming shipments in the Maltese Trade Industry and my father, a destroyer captain in the Maltese Naval Services. From a young age we were all taught to distrust and look down on anyone who was not an Outcast (except for extreme cases), and that we had to be the toughest person alive. This made growing up a stressful time as I was always considered weak fool who was barely better than slaves (as a side note I despise slavery) due to my somewhat frail body and my curiousness about the rest of the Sirius Sector. When I came of age I underwent a ritual to determine my status among the Outcasts - the ritual was a fight to the death with someone of a similar age. I got lucky, extremely lucky. After I "graduated" I was finally able to choose my own path, as such I chose to work in the trade industry (as I did not want to throw my life away). This was frowned upon due to the fact that only those who were too injured to fly worked there. It was here where I learned more about the Sirius Sector and discovered that I enjoyed the trade industry. As the years rolled on, I slowly advanced up the "command" structure, eventually reaching the "rank" of Vice Chief Supervisor of Maltese Trade. In this position I learned much relating not only to trade but also a bit about combat operations. This was due to myself having to coordinate between different departments of trade and the military. I finally realised that I just couldn't stand the Outcasts' way of life when there was a rebellion amongst the slaves - they were all beheaded. So I decided that I would leave the Outcast way of life behind and start afresh. Naturally this would be under an assumed identity to prevent the Outcasts tracking me down. I prepared for everything I could think of. Then, on my 131st birthday, only three days before my planned departure, my older brother tried to kill me as he believed I had brought dishonor to our family. The only reason I survived was because I received an anonymous tip. I managed to escape with no-one noticing aside from a few trusted colleagues. I then worked as an independent trader and wound up in Liberty where I joined the USI as you were offering everything I was looking for. To this day I have never regretted my decision to join you.
Since joining the USI I have learned a great deal. This includes (but is not limited to) how to negotiate, some degree of leadership, and organisation of unofficial convoys. I feel that the USI would be more efficient with a full leadership, and that I may of some help as the Vice Chief of Staff which requires the position holder to be out and about (ooRP to be active in game).
I personally believe that my previous experience may possibly be suited to the position as the Vice Chief of Staff, however I will understand if my application is denied due to my history as an Outcast.
For the Attention of the Executive Administration, the President and all staff involved.
Good Afternoon Tam Nyund & all the Executive Staff, Its being a while since I've flown for you in Universal since I took my parting and step down as President.
We all know and understand my time as President for 4 years and so many months was a long haul to bring Universal back to its former glory; As there was not many members the time I was brought into govern the chair to restrict the formal Board of Directors and create the current chain of command to which you all know formally as the Executive Administration which gives people more rights, responsibilities and outlines all senior staff's positions and jobs.
My time currently as a trainee reminds me why I took that job as a President and realized why Universal was still my home, how Universal helps people get back on their feet and help each other like we designed it to.
Ladies & gentlemen of the Executive Administration, I'm here to apply for the Chief of Logistics position as I'm very qualified for the job (obviously) and I think I can for fill all tasks and operations given to me.
I hope you give me a chance to prove my old self again and bring the corporation some good experienced help.
Yours,
Charles now formally (Charlie) Bell
Ex President Universal Shipping Inc
Dear Charles Bell, we thank you for your interest in furthering your career with our company but as of right now all of the Executive Board is currently filled. We appreciate your time in submitting your application.
As a recently hired employee, I'd like to throw my name in the hat, I'll be applying to the CLO vacant position. You gents know the basics of my history, what you may not know is my ambition. I do not desire to lead this outfit, I feel its leadership is competent, what I would like to do is to be helpful to its leadership. I took my duties seriously in the navy, my time as the XO of the LABC Orion was served without dishonor. In the private sector, I feel those leadership qualities are just as important.
I'm an understanding man, a man of logic and fairness. My officers on the Orion respected me, for I was not a harsh XO, but I still took my duties seriously. I don't expect to just be given respect, what I do expect is the chance to earn it. In my IMG days I was on the board of a small mining outfit that specialized in gold. The outfit, unfortunately was short lived. USI is a big company, and I expect challenges, I would be disappointed if the job was easy. If given the position, I swear an oath of utmost loyalty, and to do my job to the best of my capabilities. I'm not afraid to ask the secretary for help (laughs), but I'm rather adaptable and a quick learner, required traits in my time in the Navy. I'm not afraid to get out of the office and get in the dirt with the grunts.
It's rather hard for me to try to impress, I am who I am. I tend to let my actions to speak for me, so even consideration for the position is appreciated. If denied, I will remain in the position I am and work to earn another chance and try again.
