Doc continued to walk with Quiron, trying his best to share concerns and being re-assuring at the same time.
"I think that no matter where we put a Persephone that it will generate interest. Put it in the Omegas or Omicrons, you have Corsairs, Bounty Hunters, Hessians, Outcasts and Nomads wanting a piece of it. I've even seen Prince DeFrance at FP11 after he hitched a ride on someone's jump drive. No kidding, I was right there when it happened getting a load of iridium."
He nodded at his mention of greediness. "I agree with you on that," he answered. "I have spent much of my life under the gun before the Zoner way so I understand your concern. I've killed more men with a gun than I care to admit or remember. Still, when it comes to greed, one can only hope people don't resort to that. Credits generate greed and you will find that we don't keep a lot of it here in TAZ. Freedom is what we crave. If I was a greedy man, medical would be very expensive but with me, it's free. Still, no one can predict who might turn."
"I can only promise you this," he continued, "if the Persephone were to stay here in Baffin, it will be well hidden and disguised. I think I have enough other ships in system to where it will be in their shadows. So long as I'm administrator, no ship here will be an aggressor, not even the Persephone."
"The Gaul prince personally in Delta? His Majesty doesn't even have transport pilots to take care of their own needs?" he said with a cynical tone and smiled. "Anyway, I agree with you that our group also has to face several external threats, but due to the enviromental circumstances we have some advantages. I think we both can agree that the Omicrons are less populated, offering us numerous opportunities to hide a ship like that in desolate areas. Also, we have the possibilities to do that in multiple star systems. I fear I can't see Baffin this way."
He paused for a little to overthink Doc's reasonings. "I also agree that this kind of ship would draw attention everywhere in Sirius. If we were able to construct a second Leviathan, that would double the chances of the possible spottings by external parties. I would like to remind you about how high the risk is, especially so close to the Royalists."
Quiron felt that they stucked again in the same argues and tried to conclude this meeting. "Mr. Holliday, as I am just a representative and not decision maker in this matter, I can offer you that I will transmit a message about our talk to my superiors, since I feel we have mentioned and talked through every relevant parts of this matter, so my job is probably done here. If you may have anything to add I will gladly include it in my report." he stopped and waited for Doc's answer.
Just after the words of Quiron.. "Quiron you might be right indeed, but don't forget if something is not fully explored people will explore it on till the edges. Our system is open. People who can cross it without many interruptions are less eager to seek out for possible hidden objects then within systems like omicron lost for example or even within your beloved Omicron Zeta."
He looked towards Doc, Quiron and all the others still within the room and resumed.
"We have all different backgrounds. Some did endure more pain then then others. Some lost their whole family or died fighting for a cause long forgotten. We are now devided, many are flying their ships within Sirius and are living their live within solitude. Its a choice some did made others where forced into it. Before i get too personal with my story, i just want to add as it could be a great opportunity to get closer together. I would love myself for example to examine the Levithian and maybe help fellow researchers to open new possibilities of the ship. As till now the ship is nothing more or nothing less then a Nephilim. Only its structure is better. As it still has technology onboard which we zoners do not fully comprehend."
He slowly walks to the others with both Doc and Quiron behind him.

Doc thought a moment, reviewing some stats on the ship being discussed. The more he studied it, the more he liked it. For him, a modified version of it would make for a great hospital in Baffin. He found what he hoped would be compromise. He then returned to Quiron.
"I think I have an idea," he began, "one that might benefit us both. How would you feel if we had another Persephone model built only with medical specifications in it? I could use such as ship, size wise, here in Baffin. We could keep the original at Corinth until the second is built to which you would retain it. By making it with medical specs, it wouldn't be viewed as a hostile entity."
He paused before continuing, "I hadn't figured on getting involved with this but in this way, you get what you seek and I can have my people staff a ship they have coveted for some time."
“Well, you may right Mr. Stone, but maybe not. I am not a professor of mathematics and I lack of the skills of probability calculation. If you would like to learn about the possible encounters in the two involved regions considering the rate of the size of space and the wondering ships, I fear I am not your man.” said Quiron. “I can only speak of my experiences and observations.”
He turned to Doc Holliday and continued. “If you let me a personal opinion Mr. Holliday, a vessel constructed for humanitarian purposes sounds much better than a flagship which leads an army in a war doomed to failure. It possibly would reduce the risk, but I am not sure if this is our required level. Anyway, I will definitely forward this option to our leadership.” he gathered himself for his final thoughts. “As I said before, I think we talked about every relevant question according this matter. I can assure you we will consider every aspect to bring a responsible decision.” he bowed politely. “Now if you excuse me, I would return to my ship to finish my duties.”
Some minutes passed. Eric had no clue what to say.. before Quiron and Dirk left.
"Well Quiron, I regret we did not come to an agreement. About the matter." He gave a look towards Doc.
"I will continue my research as good as i can. And i hope the Phoenix will aid with it in the future. As my research is for the interests of all Zoners. Not only the Temporary Autonomous Zoners, but for us ALL! It is just a shame we could not discuss it under different circumstances. I hope will Eris be with you on your journey home. 23's"
With a small relieve he bows towards the Phoenix delegates.
"You are free to go..Guards!! Please escort these men out. Make sure nothing happens to them. You may take a detour if you like to the bar if they want something to drink. The choice is up with them."
"Affirmative, we make sure nothing happens to neither of them." they both nods and then open the doors. The phoenix delegates are walking towards it and the door closes with the guards escorting them though the station.
"Well Popes, it did sadly not go as we had hoped for. I only hope Phoenix sees the light before it is too late...for us.. and for them."
he sighs.. "Gentlemen i am going to see if i am still on time for my date with a waitress here. Pope brettonias if you could join me tomorrow morning on my Journey? If you could contact Pope Rainus to join us too as it might be of the utmost importance."
He bows and starts to walk to the exit of the room. Fully aware of his date.. wat to say if he is too late? A first date.. If he messes that up its usually the most hard to fix afterwards.
