Can you un-lock my story and ill finish it with a twist and turn that will satisfy everyone and give rise to the Von terrorist Faction as a new entity and could i discuss with the Admins away of getting the terrorist I.D. and maybe ships to reflect their differences, such as the Necrosis Battlecruiser.

Were like those evil plotters who always fall short of actually completing any of our goals, infact a mis-hap always occurs either of our own making or another groups assault on us. *chuckle* if you do read our posts you can see that reflected...we make huge demands etc that really we dont want in role-play anyone to take offense to...hence the comedy of it all.
hope you realize you wont get a sirius wide terrorist ID as the Nomads are supposed to be the biggest threat in Sirius (which is one of the reasons the phantoms disbanded no?)
edit: that said maybe you can make a terrorist faction for one of the houses (that might have a ZOI of 1 maybe 2 houses) Granted I doubt you'd get a capital ship line.
Not trying to rain on your parade but you seem want to have an ID that can attack anyone and everyone at will just to be a nuisance to the players on the server.
If i wanted to be a Nomad then i would be...simply put.
The Phantoms failed because there wasnt any plan on what or who they were. Really the Phantoms should have been focused on attacking Nomads then second taking on those in Sirius who wouldnt convert or be their slaves.
With then the Order being stuck in the middle of the two fueding groups.
The fact that an Outcast group are now joined in a sort of alliance with the Nomads is what makes no sense. As the Outcast population as whole never would except this(if they had a voice)
Oh im not asking for the old Phantoms far from it as the I.D. would need to change.
If it was allowed to come back here is what maybe would pass for the New I.D.
Restrictions on the I.D. if it ever does come about
Can engage pirates, terrorists and lawfuls (but must rp)
Can dock on any Hessian Base and Phantom Temple,
Can dock on any Zoner Base not in House space.
Cannot Dock in House Space(This means that they would get either killed or flee)
Cannot ally with any military, police, or corporate players.
Red Hessians: Friendly
Zoners: Neutral
Everyone Else: Hostile(maybe afew more neutrals like the Xeno or A.I.(cant be converted or beaten due to being everywhere and in everything)
BHG:Hostile
Nomads: War
Order: War
Why would any factions be neutral or friendly to you, when you've made a point to attacking anything and everything that the most liberal interpretation of the Hessian ID lets you to attack?
Even the Hessians don't like you, since you've been attacking their allies.
At best, the only bases you have a chance with are freelancer bases, and only if you go out of your way to try to win them over, since harboring you from the rest of Sirius would gain them enemies everywhere.
As was stated in the locked topic - Phantoms and acces to Phantom bases and/or Phantom tech is not available in Discovery GC. It will not happen on this server. Beyond that, if you intend to start a Siriuswide terrorist faction, don't expect the Zoners to welcome you. Zoners don't want trouble. Universal terrorists are trouble. If you want to just be the comic evildoers, why not go independent pirate? Plenty of silly evildoing you can do. You can go everywhere you want with that... only drawback is: No capships.
The Terrorist ID is available. It's essentially an unlawful version of the SRP ID, and can be requested like an SRP. You'll need a good writeup for it though.

If you're going to turn this into something actually serious, I'd suggest you start working up the green side of your reputation from scratch. Red Hessians for example - despite being listed as "Friendly" in your diplo list - would show no interest in even tolerating a group of your nature, let alone supporting them or supplying them with ships and equipment. Even the old Phantoms were on unfriendly/hostile terms with Hessians.
People have been letting you go off easy to respect the comical approach in your roleplay, and I'm starting to feel that's given you the wrong idea that some factions InRP actually like you or tolerate you or whatnot. Most of your recent actions have been borderline on roleplay regulations and server restrictions, and a group serious enough to be suited for a terrorist-like ID should hold a far higher standard both on roleplay development and gameplay conduct than you currently do.
