Dieting - Lythrilux - 12-12-2013

I want to try and look a bit better for when I start college next year...
So I've thought of dieting, though I've never really done it seriously before and I've heard if you go wrong you can get ill.
ofc, I'll do some exercise to help speed things up.
Anyone have any suggest-able diets?

I honestly don't know any of the hardcore diets, however, all I can really say is to avoid Fast-food at ALL costs, and try to make most of your food yourself at home. Veggies and such with every meal, and don't have too much.

Its basically only eating what you need, not having too much.

Plus, practice cooking yourself is a good skill to have, you'll appreciate it later in life. (No experience myself, although I have cooked for myself for quite a while, its actually quite nice rather than depending on other people)_

Also.
Work on getting a high metabolism. Then u dont have to worry. I eat a lot and nothing happens Big Grin
I haven't worked out in like a year really and i still have my 6-pack (nerd). Thats my indicator if i need to do something Big Grin

Just eat and make sure u burn more than u eat. That way u dont get fat and obese.

Portion control (you do not have to starve yourself, just eat less), cut snacks out, avoid drinks with lots of sugar in them.
And be ready for the college junk food and stress and lack of sleep to fight against you.

Also use smaller plates ..it is good trick to put less food on

or just work out more to get rid of it.
