In other words, anyone willing to help, please poke me on skype. We can make a skypechat and do the faction leaders work for them. Time for the non-official faction folk to make an event with proper fun.

In other words, if we ponder something up, the admin team are forthcoming enough to help us with the server-side of things. Be it changing sellprices and buyprices or allowing some temporary rule changes for IDs, such as KNF/Kenpaper...(whatever their specops is) perhaps being able to hunt down Hfuel haulers and LN/LSF being able to protect them outside their ZOI.

As long as it makes sense.
If anyone wants to help me write up the whole event process and the possible adjustments to the economy while it is active, please drop your skype here or in PM and I will add you to the chat.

EDIT: Heck, make an event out of it. Allow KNF and LN engage targets breaking the embargo/hindering the fuel trader respectively.

Admin approved event plos? Perhaps even a storyline event.

It is about time such little stitches influence how the mod progresses and gives some activity. And Kusari needs it.

They may have reserves Haven, but they're also fighting an active war against Gallia and a on-off war with Rheinland. Eventually those Fuel-Reserves will be drained from various deployments and operations, even patrols will drain their reserves. Not to mention their Corporate traffic that uses H-Fuel.

It's not Liberty peeps who started the fuel-reserve-out-of-my-pants trend, after all:

Let me be clear, there is no "new offensive." The KNF is being sent into the Sigmas to protect civilian shipping and Planet Kurile. This is not an offensive operation, we are not looking to attack bases or holdings in the Sigmas, we are defending our citizens, which is the highest responsibility of any government. As I said, we have 2 years worth of Hfuel reserve, for the KNF, KSP as well as to ship to Rhienland as per our current deals. At the moment there is no need for any rationing, and we hope that the GMG will come to its senses well before that ever becomes a problem.
As for export restrictions, the Council of the Risings Suns is discussing that along with other issues at the moment.

Poke the GMG, they shouldn't sit idly by and lose the best customers H-fuel has. I used to be active in supporting smuggling during these situations. This kind of operation will still allow enough fuel to trickle in to keep shipping betwee planets and stations going, particularly in moving food, water and oxygen where needed. But ultimately the fuel will run out if the war machine keeps sucking it up.
