So after lurking through all of the various threads scattered across the forums, and amazingly refusing to reply to the vast majority, I've grown to despise many of you even more than I originally had.
You scream 'final nail!' whenever something is changed that isn't in your favor. 'Killing the mod!' you cry when a touch of realism is included into a roleplay server. 'M-MUH RP' you beg when you get your special toy taken from you.
You, quite hilariously by the way, blame the developers for what's happening. Brazenly, you spit in their faces when they do what YOU beg for. You beg, plead, bitch, whine, and moan for stations to be nerfed, and they nerf them. What do you do? You piss all over them, the forums, and cry your entitled manchild tears.
The battleship scanner gets nerfed to be only 100% effective on BATTLESHIPS and a storm erupts, because for some reason, logical alterations shouldn't be allowed, because it affects your super-duper toy you just bought because you heard how good it was. You buy engines that're clearly listed by what faction makes them, and expect them to always work 100% with your ship. The amount of foresight you people lack is absolutely incredible. If it wasn't meant to be a roleplayed item, it would have never been given any sort of infocard.
Worst of all, you all fail to see what the real issue is. YOU are the issue. If the developers do not cater to each of your individual needs exactly how you want it, the forum explodes in forums about how personally insulted you are for it. Of course, if they do change it to how you wanted it, it's still not good enough for you, because for some reason, you think you can do a better job than the people working on the mod. Please, start pumping out some code for FLHook or throwing out ideas that aren't thinnly-veiled whines about someone. I'll wait.
The developers listen to the people. They've started putting out updates frequently instead of every 2-3 years as asked by the majority. This means more bugs, more frequently. Your puretech ship that has a 10% core? It's a bug. It happens. It's unintended, but you refuse to realize that, screaming and kicking about how something is personally insulting you. People begged and begged and begged for stations to be nerfed. They got nerfed, and what do you do? You literally walk into the thread saying you can do a better job, and that the developers are wrong, smearing your feces all over the walls as you do so.
If you can do a better job, I need to ask.
Why haven't you?
The developers are dealing with an incredible flood of insults, trolling, and bitching from you people, and almost never do they receive a thank you. I've given them my fair share of crap, and even as one of the angriest people on this server, you people amaze me with your sheer amount of retarded whining.
Why do you think the developers and admins are angry more often? Because they're letting power get to their head?
No, they have to deal with you little turd-stains constantly, and no matter what they do, they're flamed for it.
Listen to the community, and they did it wrong. Don't listen to the community, and they're ignoring the mod and trying to kill it.
You're the final nail. This mod won't die because of the changes to the gameplay, or the technerfs, or the rules, or anything the developers do.
It will die because the community will be so disgusting to even look at, no one will want to come near it. A bunch of children bashing their heads against their walls because they didn't get their way. Little, entitled brats that use slippery slope arguements and ad hominem to try and provide criticism.

As harsh as this is, I agree 100%.
People tend to forget that with more frequent updates, more bugs and issue will be present, but they will be fixed if people are patient. Plus, what pleases one person won't always please another.
Lastly, we are in BETA. Which means all these changes are being monitored and examined to see what they bring. Nothing is set in stone, and things could be reverted to a previous state for all we know. Yet people act like it's the end of the world.
Just enjoy this mod that people have spent a ton of their free time on making, and just be patient and see what future updates in this BETA phase bring. Ugh.

Well, i have already said it here, in a shorter version, somewhere on these forums, what you extensively and comprehensively wrote.
complaining book is like a never ending story, or should we call it non sense book around here.
they complain about what's not done, after it's done because doesn't serve their interests or, or, better yet, a flame thread to motivate others to join their cause with falacious arguments.

I stopped paying attention to "NERF THIS, BUFF THAT" and various "X IS KILLING DISCO" threads.
I've been here long enough to see that threads like that are just part of an endless cycle that really is just a waste of time to read and post.
Stop trying to change things, and instead learn to deal with things as they are.
