Ok, here it goes.
Only molly faction UoG(if it could be called molly) died. Personally only good thing they done is try to make molly's legal. Now this all died with them and issue as such is hanging in the air.
Some time ago, I tried to play lawfull molly militia. For some time it did go well, but I gave up because of general stance "I dont read forums and NPC is shooting me, so you are pirates"
Now issue came up, since neither BAF knows what to do with it, and molly status is questioanble. If they become lawfull on their own right, they would become new mini house. It does offer interesting roleplay ideas. Also since they wouldnt be pirates anymore, that would kill one of bretonian nemesis pirate groups.
It is actually logic of events against balance of pirate activity.
Now, I would like feedback on this. Is real molly faction needed, and are there people who would like to play it? What stance should it adopt?
Also I have time and wish to run it if needed.

They had deal with queen herself. They would become protectorate under Bretonia, but they would be free, yes.
It would function as independant sectors (Dublin and Londonderry) with own goverment and all that, but under protection of Bretonia. Somewhat like vassal in middle ages. They are to keep out Corsairs while Bretonians are in fight with Kusari.
That was idea of original contract.

They were in a state of talks regarding the possibility of Dublin becoming a semi-autonomous state within Bretonia, run and adjudicated by Mollys.

I am firmly in favour of all the authentic Irish players in Disco getting together and playing a Molly faction, so long as we get to use names like Eamon deValera, Bono, Michael Collins, Gerrry Adams, etc.......
plus we get to play out every stereotype of Irish people there is....alcoholism, pugilism, etc....maybe there's more
We could call ourselve U2. Or the Corrs.
