The server's VM has encountered a read/write error earlier today that was sneaky enough not to be noticed by our team until it was too late.
A hour ago this became bad enough for player files not to be updated and written over and, as we found out just now, it started before today's mornings backup. We restored the character and base files from a backup made on the 30th of March, effectively ending up with the last day and a half of activity being lost.
This error has not touched any of your forum data as it exists on a separate machine.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope that next year's April fools will be a bit more funny rather than depressing.

Our OS encountered something odd. We fixed the issue, but your progress for today might be missing something. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we will be monitoring the server for the next few hours and giving updates if something odd happens.

Well, due to this problem I lost my Bustard with all it got.
I hope I will be solved soon.Some of us worked.really hard for our shipsamd cash.
