TL&DR nobody cares
Blood Dragons contacts in the Republic political spheres recently heard about a small convoy supposed to leave soon Shikoku system. This convoy, organized around an armored transport, is planned to head to Kansai Research Station, Honshu system.
Blood Dragons heard that the famous scientist Wada Masakazu - convicted for his experiments against live subjects of Bretonian citizenship during Seto war - should be on board the transport.
Dr. Wada's field of study always has been bio-technologies; he is well known in Kusari for his decades old quest towards the improvement of the human body and its directed adaptation to the hostile environment space vacuum represents. Sadly, this quest for knowledge made the fine savant undertake extreme actions of questionable legality legality and ethics, at best.
After the end of Seto war, the Republic reproved the experiments and sentenced Dr. Wada to a mandatory minimum sentence of forty five years... But rumors have it some people within Kusari Miliary would be glad to put that man back to work, in order to gain an edge in boarding operations and extra vehicular warfare.
Can Blood Dragons allow this criminal to start again his experiments? Surely the Shogunate could find a better way to use this scientist's knowledge, without risking the lives of any Kusarian.

The Blood Dragons will be gathering and blocking traffic on the lanes between planet Junyo and New Tokyo jump-gate in Shikoku system. They may pirate people passing by until the Kusari Naval Forces patrol shows up.
The Kusari Naval Forces patrol will start to move from planet New Tokyo once the Blood Dragons set their blockade up in Shikoku system.
The rules are simple : Try to keep fair-play in mind. Do not planet-dive, do not self nuke on purpose.

Just to clarify here.
I'm repaying the favor to Neoshen by making an event where they have the priority, since they just did so for [KNF].
We would also like to get events with BD|. A cap event was mentioned and would be a great thing to do. Please get back to me to see when we could organize this.
