That sounds amazing. I could go around as an Interspace Commerce and randomly issue this command to all fat looking targets I can find, taking them financially hostage. Lawful piracy ftw.

I'm all for cool commands but this sounds way too complicated to do right for something that isn't an insanely common occurence with how easy money is made.

As someone who actually RP's giving out loans, there isn't enough demand for this type of stuff. So I'm against this only because dev time should be spent on other projects related to discovery.

Good brainstorming, but @Skorak and @Stolt. are on the money (hehe). Plus with an OORP loan enforcement it takes away the opportunity for inRP scamming, and some of the depth around inRP loans. If someone wants an OORP loan, either you have to trust them enough, or just don't do it. Loans accelerate progress, but they are by no means necessary. Some people enjoyed the scarcity of starting out with nothing but the beginner template.

Scammers are part of the game. You get scammed and he/she gets a bounty on his head. (although it's a bit stupid if he never actually plays the char in-game, in that case I guess you should have researched his/her background better).

It doesn't work like that at all. Scamming is not allowed.
Which is why loans are made in the equipment vendor section of this forum and you get sanctioned for scamming.
