Also I have yet to get a solid answer I can use does anyone know how much CMP importer /exporter shrinks and scales models? If anyone knew those numbers I would probably worship you as a god, at least until someone gives me free money.

That is rather sexy, and I could see it as a Civilian Gunboat. Thats right, I want one too.
If you're having issues with scaling with the CMP exporter/importer fire away, several of us are familiar with its workings.
Best bet is to use a reference model for scale and then export, if not scale all upwards then use a relative downscale value on export.

I'd suggest you get rid of the 'bars' in the cockpit windows. Perhaps make a small window at the front too. Look's kinda like a Yacht downsized to a gunboat, but looks good nonetheless.
