I only know the "Lolcast Lounge"-chat and the "The SpamChannel of Malta."
One of them used to be the old Outcast raid chat. But now, they're both spammy since the daily-raids-time is far back.
Is there a new one?

Do you mean the "Liberty Unlawful Chat"? Because Outcasts aren't included there.
