Ok so I know Oita has no Real use going to unless your IND but i have to ask How do you get there? i know the 3 routes there through Hiroshima,Illinois, and Ellesmere but they are all guard systems so how exactly if lets say my Inde IC Fighter once to go there How do i do it?

you can rep your own way with guard ids but it's oorp to go through there system with an IC id

Ellesmere is the only one of those guard systems that is actively patrolled by players. If you go poking around in the other two, people will notice, but will not be able to get to you in time to do anything about it, assuming you know exactly where the JHs are to get to Oita.

As for folks visiting it, come one, come all. It's a market system, come visit lovely Wall Street, pride of the IND. Visit the Ship Inn, greatest bar this side of anywhere!

Well, from what I can see, you character would be civilian, (IC) and thus would have no knowledge of Ellesmere. Liberty Government don't say it exists. Only reason u'd know it exists is if a:
1. A Highly wanted criminal and a known Hacker. Not saying her name:)
2. Somehow, through some great roleplay, find Ellesmere:)
Secondly, if you get caught in Ellesmere, your life in Liberty as a Civilian will be over. (If its a civilian thats going through it) Your family will be thrown out, and all become criminals if the ever step forth in to Liberty ever again. Basically, yea, lots of bad stuff could happen to a civilian after being found there. Plus, if your using a civie ID, like IC, in my opinion you should get a new ID before going there, because your not roleplaying a law abiding corperate fellow, or lass that works for IC.

TBH, it's a little weird to have one guard system hidden behind others.

Bribes, prayers, engine kill and gumption. That or buy the KSP for 300 million or so to save Zuke from needing to trade for a cruiser he wants. Worked for the IND XD.
