Yeah, but my parents -never- spoke about Politics at home. Just like religion, in fact. "We want you to make your own opinion", they kept teling me. That's until I told my dad I voted Option National for the provincial elections, I guess, since he headbanged against the wall.

Whenever people ask me where I'm from, I just say Bangkok as I was born and raised there. However, my nationality is India. I know that if I tell people I'm Indian, the first thing that will come in their minds is the whole rape crisis, which I abhor.

Actually, around here if you say you're Indian, we ask if it's dot or feather. Not politically correct, but we have both.
What's interesting is seeing someone drive around with license plates that don't have the state on them - only the Indian tribe name.

There is a pigeon nest next to my house and every once in a while one of their newborn drops from the nest. So far I managed to save 5 pigeons, all grew up and left by themselves except one who died from a disease, struggling to save a sixth at the moment.
