49 is not for sale - i think. its somewhat a system for all zoners, a sanctuary. - a guard system would not be such a thing.
question is - what do you need a home system for? - especially before the faction even exists or has been established?
those are things that should not really concern you at that time.
edit: "should not concern you" was a bit strong maybe - what i meant is .... its something you can keep in mind - but you should do one step after another, i think.

I'm extremely put off by your seeming attitude of, "we can trade through whatever system we want".
Simply because you are Zoner aligned doesn't grant you exception to local dominion and pirating, no one has that status except for those decided by the apparent pirate faction.

We said that we would PAY << for passing thru whatever system we need pass.

well... i say.... we will buy a system sooner or later why not do it now then it is complete less things to be concerned about in the future wat is a clan without a home? nearly every clan has a home why cant we?
we all know that each clan buys a sytem sooner or later yes? true... so what concerns us in future? well... official... money for system (wich we have)...
Give us just this one break. we shall like to have our clan a home why not give us a small break for once?
maybe it may be in our best intrest to worry about things such as being accepted YES... but get system now then no need system later True/False?

Not even pirate faction will be happy with you trying to buy passage, some groups like the Blood Dragons for example might, and likely would find it highly offensive that you'd you could buy passage through Chugoku.
Very protective of their home, those Dragons.

The initial 500 mil is to get the faction reveiwed to be official not for the home system(as shown above, except if rules changed again). I understand you would like to call a system "home" but the first thing that should be worried about is getting the faction approved, and get all members to wear the proper tags and have thier iff/id straight. Also, Make sure all the members understand your rules and WILL abide by them. Remember, The faction creation post isnt just about appealing to others so they will join and/or support the faction. The post has to be memorized inside and out, so you know if one of your own members is respecting the rules you have set forth.

I arrive back only to see, that my pals are already planning to buy a system despite my pleads to not do that so early.Guys, as I told you long ago, and as these guys told you the same thing: we need our clan to be accepted first. A non-existing clan would never buy a home system. I mentioned on my first day, that there are clans who don't even own systems after months, so why should we do it so early?
