With all respect to 6th|, it appears that the navy will do something along the lines of "engaging all Gallic vessels", which means that the GRP vessels would be treated as acting in self-defense, which is permitted everywhere.

Actually, any ID can fly anywhere, unless specifically forbidden in the ID itself.
(i.e. Nomad ID cannot leave the systems enumerated in its text)

I would not like to have problems with the ID. I addressed the administration, and the one in the person of @St.Denis said that the GRP can not be in Leeds because of their ZOI.
If @St.Denis will allow this ( or any other administrator ), then I will allow the Police to this event. But now - no
