15 Billion is a lot of dineros, the people need to have damn 8 accounts just to hold the cash lol. I'd say this is the perfect money sink all pirates love. You don't even have to threaten to kill the damn thing to pirate it, anything with a CD can annoy it to no end The more Barges the better.
If anything I'd like a barge to every rich family, so us poor people can feed on them
