Sir, the transmission came from in a hallway heading to our Fighter Bay. It was sent to Planet Manhattan... what?! As far as I can tell... it was sent to the DoD! I'm not sure... but it looks like it was sent to the Department of Defense, who're in charge of ALL defense of Liberty!
Sir, the situation has changed. All evidence now points to this:
1. A Junker smuggled himself aboard, posing as a crew member.
2. The same Junker knocked Captain Relden unconscious, left a piece of fools gold to fool us (No pun intended Sir) and dragged him through the air ducts.
3. The Junker made it to the hallway outside the Fighter Bay and sent his transmission.
4. The Junker stole Captain Relden's ship, and snuck off of Planet Toledo.
5. The Junker went to Planet Manhattan and sold the unconscious Captain Relden to the DoD, who now have him imprisoned.
Sir, shall we search for more information and attempt to find out more about Captain Relden's whereabouts?

Sir, Thanks to the help of Rochester Base and the MFS Tiger's Claw, we have discovered Captain Relden's kidnapper! You see, while we were investigating, I called up the MFS Tiger's Claw to help defend us, and we headed to Rochester. The Tiger's Claw rescued Rochester Base from a large Xenos attack, and, in return, they gave us the information we needed.
Apparently, there's a rogue Junker. His name is Carlos Emiliano, and he's been giving multiple groups big trouble lately. We got a voice recording, and it's the same one from the unknown transmission. So. Carlos Emiliano, rogue Junker, captured our Captain and is planning to turn him over to the DoD, as far as we can tell. Why, we do not know.
And thus, until further notice, the Junker Carlos Emiliano is has Kill on Sight and Hunt and Eliminate orders on his head. Make SURE to get both his escape pod and Captain Relden's.

While searching the debris fields of New York with Commander Demo, the Hypernova sustained some sort of engine damage. Thank to the LNS Redbear, we made it back to Norfolk, but it was close. Norfolk is now investigating the problem.

Yes Sir, we did. There were absolutly no traces what-so-ever of an EMP blast. Though Norfolk has discovered the problem: One of the tubes was cut on each of the converters, and the same one on each converter! They're still trying to discover the cause however. I'll keep you updated, Sir.
Oh, and by the way, the Junker that we captured was moved to the San Quentin for interrigation. So far though, he refuses to talk.
