It's included in a set of grunge-brushes I got for photoshop a while ago, but I'm sure it stands for something..

By the way, I noticed that your HF-sig effs up the layout of the forum-theme I'm using, I don't know if it does that to the one you're using, but I took the liberty of shrinking it a bit. Use it or not, here it is:
