Definitely time for a break. Was leading for four hours on the KNF side, then stopped and let y'all go crazy-balls. GRN have disappeared, soooo... the KNF have won? Will 4.86's release date be pushed back even further? Or does the Valor suck in big fights and asteroid fields?:D

Valors can't really hit Kusari destroyers that don't fly in straight lines, and I couldn't convince enough people to switch over to cruisers to deal with the wolfpacks of destroyers. We really only dealt with them when we had everyone switch to bombers...
Basically, KU DDs are small. That's the net result of this battle.

Until the GRN fleet actually organizes, they can't beat Kusari.

I tried. The Valor is just too much fun to fly, people don't want to give it up...
We did get a bunch of bombers around to slaughter destroyers once, though.

The event has been called for the evening. It was stated that the combat - and players - were to stick in the combat zones. Fair play - and staying within the RP of the event - does not mean noticing that a lot of people on one side are gone and taking huge task forces deep into space where you're not supposed to be.
And telling the Admin that you don't care about his RP for this event is a REAL good way to encourage us to never have another one...

Well.
That was absolutely awesome until about half an hour ago.
KNF lolwuts swarmed into Languedoc, and it was all I could do to keep the GRN swarm from shooting the only sane KNFer there (the guy who was trying to talk the rest into coming out and abiding by the event).
Eventually Agmen had to come and step in.
Edit: Kudos spam moved to the appropriate thread.
Thanks again to everyone not involved in that ridiculousness in the last half hour, though. 'Twas awesome. Too bad the lolwut spam (I think I can call it that, no?) had to go and ruin it for everyone.
